Gigi Thompson: Besides Brett, Gigi seems to annoy Reagan the least out of all of her coworkers. Reagan admires her confidence and fearlessness, and Reagan has a unique relationship dynamic with her due to the fact that they are the only women on the team. Magic Myc: Reagan is constantly annoyed by Myc and his various antics, but she actually cares about him like the rest of her coworkers. Out of all of them, she seems to be annoyed by him the most due to his innuendos and gross comments.]

One important thing to note is that she is very needy for affection even though she might not look like it. Her upbringing with a neglectful and emotionally abusive father Rand Ridley while her mother also being distant did not help her grow up in a healthy way, giving her a compulsion to try and impress her father. This has obviously caused her to be very workaholic, competitive, cripplingly insecure, and perhaps a bit too ambitious for her own good.
