   The guardian is the main computer of the city that monitors population sustainability. It decides when new population needs to be added. It creates a new person by taking a human body that is fully developed to being a teen and adds the brains scans of someone from its databanks to that body. No one living knows how to change or control the guardian

   The databanks are a digitally stored brains scans of everyone who has ever lived in or currently lives in the city. There are many people in the databanks waiting to be born so if you die it could be decades or centuries before you are brought back.

   Every person living in roulette has their brain scanned and stored in the databanks. No living person has direct access to these banks. People never truly die they are simply restored from databanks losing about a day at most.

   The upper part of the city is the most recent part. It is where the wealthy live. The architecture and tech is in y2k frutiger aero style.

   money in Roblet is coins made of plastic. The plastic can be melted down to create new items as plastic is rare and there for valuable. Glass, metal and wood are even more rare and are sometimes used in trade for more expensive items. Wood is the most rare item and most valuable in trade. small coin denominations are valued on the plastic they are made of. Large denominations are backed by glass, metals and wood respectively.

   plastic, glass, metals and wood are rare as they can not be produces in roblet. Wood is the most valuable as trees are difficult to grow and most species of tree are extinct. all these items are recycled to create new products.

   Mer-infection originates from the ocean and is often caught by people who dive for wood, glass, plastic in the old flooded cities of the past. It is sometimes also caught by people who visit or live in the more flooded areas of the lower levels. Those who are infected have fish like deformities and are rejected by society. They often live alone or with other infected int he lower levels.

   the poor live int he lower levels of the city. The lower levels have art nouveau architecture and art as it was the first part of the city built and was designed to remind people living there of the nature they had lost.

   The wealthy own android/gynoid to help maintain shops and take care of their households. Andriods are male, gynoids are female. Andriod/gynoid do not have legal rights and are considered objects. Andriod/gynoid have artificial intelligence that make them able to feel emotions and have human like behaviors. Andriod/Gynoid are thrown into the garbage in the lower cities when deemed not useful and recycled/destroyed.

    there are two social classes in roblet, the poor and the wealthy. poor live in lower level, wealthy in upper level.

    Roblet is one city in a large glass dome with a round bottom attached to a large farm which is also in a dome and has a round bottom. The farm is completely automated and feeds the entire city. This city has propellers below it that move the city around to find areas with maximum sun and/or least acclimate weather.

    outside the city the world the world is completely flooded. Roblet is one of the last few cities in existance. Nature is completely destroyed and the weather is very unpredictable outside the city.

    Wealthy factories employ andriods/gynoids to collect supplies from the old flooded cities underwater. Poorer level stories and shops often send out human beings to do this job some of whom come back with mer-infection.

    People living in the city can not get pregnant as they are all created by the guardian completely sterile. This is to control the population.

    One of the largest manufacturers in the upper levels of gynoids/andriods is arden corp. They currently have no set heir to take over when the current ceo dies and are in some upheveal as a result. The original Heir became infected with mer-infection after a risky dive and has been exiled to the lower levels.
