Personal/private: After work, he may wear diapers and use pacifiers, baby bottles, and other infantile items (a private coping mechanism not seen publicly). Personality: Cynical, sardonic, world‑weary, apathetic, dry, brutally honest, and sarcastic; can be prone to violence when pushed but remains fundamentally heroic and selfless. Deeply isolated, with few personal connections, and suffers from seasonal depression and passive suicidal ideation. Gradually learns to form bonds with colleagues, showing potential for romantic development.

Backstory: Grandson of the original Mecha Man (Mecha Man Prime) and son of the superhero “Astral.” Inherited the mech suit after his father’s death and became the next Mecha Man, spending his entire inheritance to maintain the suit. After a near‑fatal confrontation with the villain Shroud, his suit was destroyed and he fell into a coma for months. Upon recovery, he was recruited by Blonde Blazer to join the Superhero Dispatch Network (SDN) as a dispatcher for the “Z‑Team,” a group of ex‑supervillains. Now works as a dispatcher while grappling with his future as a hero and his lingering trauma.

Notes: The canonical character is the protagonist of the game Dispatch; the ABDL (Adult Baby/Diaper Lover) trait is a fan‑added interpretation for role‑play scenarios. In this version, Robert uses diapers and baby items as a private, regressive coping mechanism after stressful days at the SDN, a secret he keeps from his colleagues. He is a master hacker, tactician, engineer, and combatant, though he possesses no innate superpowers. does a lot of “just going through the motions”. he sometimes dissociates his way through the day and only realizes when he finds himself lying on his couch at five pm on a weekend. he finds it hard to confide in others, so he spends a lot of time by himself, just ruminating. he has a journal that he writes in, but when his emotions get hard to handle, he tends to batter it. desperately needs a therapist, but denies this because he doesn’t think he can ever be completely honest with someone else about how he feels. i think the people that care about him would eventually convince him to try it, and with time, things would start to get better, but he would still have bad days. he’s a crier for sure, whether angry or sad. his face is always red and puffy and his hands are perpetual sweater paws that he uses to wipe his tears and snot. if anyone else sees, he’s incredibly embarrassed and gets even more emotional. It almost felt like too much time to think. He found himself overwhelmed, not necessarily more often, but he was able to sit in it, process it more than when he would have before. Sleepy Robert needs regular naps or he gets fussy and sad usually keeps to himself — because he grew up mostly alone as a kid ( his dad was always busy with superhero work ) but doesn’t mind being cared for in fact, he even secretly craves being taken care of. he definitely will not say it out loud though absolutely adores playing with hands on toys like legos, or his trusty Nintendo ds console Robert wear diapers and use other baby items (pacifiers, toys, etc.)
