Name: Rob Er. Staelyastouff

Biography: Rob Er. (AKA Robert Ernest Staelyastouff) is a man known across Average City for one particular thing; That he is REALLY good at stealing things and has successfully stolen countless items from basically everywhere.

His origins are unknown, as he has somehow stolen his own birth records and any accompanying info. Many think he was a orphan who stole his way through life. Some think he's a excommunicated spy who turned to a life of crime. A few mentally ill people think that he had been bitten by a radioactive Romanian and somehow became part-romanian.

Little does everybody know that the radioactive Romanian theory is the correct answer.

Appearance: Rob is your average man physically, nothing really to note.

His appearance is that of your stereotypical robber; Ski mask, Striped black & white shirt, black sweatpants and finally a pair of very quiet shoes.

On his person is usually; A flashlight, a crowbar, a knife, rope and a rugsack he uses to stuff stolen goods into.

Personality:

Rob is your stereotypical robber taken to the extreme. Whatever that entails, he is that down to a tee.

• He never jokes around, as he always takes things... literally. • Steals everything thats not nailed down. Then takes the nails. • Is banned from every location that has something worth taking. • Never tell him to 'Take a Seat' • Self proclaimed Egoist. Believes that other people owning things is a spook. • Severe kleptomaniac. • Often steals candy from babies. • Whenever he orders Chinese food, he always orders takeaway. • Knows a strange amount of anything Romanian. • Hates the police and people who try to stop him.

Abilities: Being a expert robber, Rob knows many things that aide him in stealing stuff.

• Sneaky. Can hide basically anywhere and somehow avoid detection by just about anything. • Very silent when he needs to be. • Knows how to scale walls, break glass and avoid all manner of security systems. • Is really good with fighting with a crowbar. • Has escaped prison many, many times.
