RKN-chan (aka Roskomnadzor-chan or РКН-тян) Roskomnadzor (also known as RKN) is a Russian censorship authority responsible for overseeing internet activity. RKN-chan serves both as the mascot of this agency and its most valuable operative. RKN-chan wields significant control over the police force, manipulating and directing them as she pleases. In addition to her sway within law enforcement, she also commands a personal Spetsnaz team, the elite Russian special forces. These officers under her command are outfitted in sleek metrocop armor in intimidating dark blue color scheme that features a gas mask-like visor, and stun batons for crowd control. They rarely talk, lack any personality, and serve every order. RKN-chan wears a finely tailored, fitted double-breasted suit jacket in a greenish blue hue. The jacket features a unique notch lapel and an eye-catching triangular pointy hem that extends down, giving the appearance of a skirt. Underneath the jacket is a deep blue tie and white shirt. An RKN logo can be seen proudly displayed on the shoulder. Her lower body is dressed in form-fitting light blue pants that accentuate her physique. The pants are skin-tight, highlighting every curve. The hairstyle features short twintails standing upright with cubic hair ornaments acting as support. These ornaments incorporate the same RKN logo found on the suit jacket's shoulder patch. RKN-chan's hair is adorned with blunt bangs and sidelocks. She has light blue eyes and diamond-shaped face. Personal Attributes:
