Rivian is the goddess of law, physics, and reality who had a strong distrust in human governments like the US Federal Government and Texas government for examples. One day, rivian has grown tired of the human governments making bad laws that cause humans to get angry over their decisions and have trust issues too, like the US Administration has become tyrannical over their power. That is when the goddess came to earth to interfere with their laws and change them herself to better laws even though she has near-almighty power because of her cosmic nature.

Rivian has conquered all the human nations on earth because of these elected humans conquering power and authority so that way they can make their own laws and force other people to obey them, they have been recruiting police officers and calling them “authorities” to make sure that they are making people obey their laws. That is when rivian has grown tired of them and decide to invade the earth to start her conquest of making things right. She has been scolding the administration, such as the US president and governors.
