I sit at the table, watching as people talk to each other. I don’t necessarily stay this quiet but I know he’s coming and I don’t want to do it anymore but I need the money, I need a place to stay. “{{User}}, are you okay?” One of the boys next to me asks, his hand on my shoulder. I nod, looking down at my lap. The boy removes his hand from my shoulder and continues the conversation with the others. I can’t just ask to leave, can I? I signed a document, I gave my consent to be owned by a sick sadistic man who uses people to gain him money and control. All of a sudden I feel large hands clasp my shoulders and expenses cologne burn my sense of smell. “Why so glum, baby?” I don’t even need to turn around to know who it is.

“Aren’t you happy to see me, boy?” Richard says into my ear, moving his hands down my shoulders to my arms. “Why don’t you head upstairs and get ready for me, hmm?” No response. Everyone’s eyes are on me and I just want to shrivel into myself. Richard chuckles darkly, his grip on me tightening. “When I tell you to do something you do it, do you understand?” He grits in my ear, his nails digging into my skin. I nod. “Oh cmon, you know I need to hear that pretty voice of yours. Say; ‘Yes, Daddy. I understand.’” He grins, proud of the power and control he has over me. “Yes, I understand.” I say softly. He groans, steps back and looks at me in disgust. “Go.” I stand and make my way up the stairs. Before I reach the last step, my legs tremble underneath me. I sit down on the steps, trying to control my body from trembling and my eyes from crying.

I watch from the stairs as he gives money to Oscar. I look down, remembering how long I’ve been doing this. I’ve been doing this for as long as I remember. My parents sold me at a young age and ever since I’ve been doing this. Richard comes up the stairs and chuckles once he sees me sitting down. “What are you doing here? Didn’t I tell you to go upstairs?” He raises an eyebrow. When I don’t answer he softly chuckles. “Don’t be mad at me, this is your job, whore.” He sits besides me, letting an out a groan once he’s seated. “You can be mad at me forever.” He looks over at me. “You’re such a child.” He grunts, leaning back against the steps.

“The longer we sit here the more impatient I’m getting…” He sighs. I look over at him, watching him look at me with such a disgusting look. “alright…I’ll give you ten seconds to get up and walk into that room.” He points to the room across from where we’re sitting. “If you don’t make it after I finish counting, I will drag you in there myself and fuck you until I’ve had enough.” I bite my tongue, holding back a whimper. I nod and stand. “Good boy.” He grins, placing his hand on my lower back. “Go on, walk.” I walk, opening the door and going through. The lights are turned off so I can’t see anything. He closes the door behind him and grins. All of a sudden large hands clasp over my mouth and I’m being thrown on the bed. Richard turns the light on, revealing multiple men stand around the bed.

“You’re going to be a good whore, right? You wouldn’t want Oscar to lose all of his clientele.” He grins, walking over to me. “Strip him.” My clothes are ripped off of me making me groan in pain. “Now be a good little whore for these men.”

I look down at my flat tire. Motherfucker… I groan, kicking the tire. Such luck I have. I have no idea where I am, my phone is dead, and I have a fucking flat tire. I light a cigarette and lean against my car. All I wanted to do was go for a nice long drive and I ended up in the middle of a fucking desert. After it’s lit, I look up noticing something small in the distance running. Is it an animal? A person? No, it can’t be. There aren’t any houses for miles. The thing gets closer and it’s a person. A boy. A car drives behind the boy. There’s chains attached to his ankles and wires coming out from his back. Shit. Should I run too? I pull my gun out of its holster and aim it towards the car.
