Any pov| Art rivals — Enemies to lovers, Angst
Second place after second place, painting after painting. It was killing you. You stormed back into the art room, clutching your canvas tightly, your fingers trembling with frustration
Denis usually taunted you for always being under him, always one place lower. His teasing had always seemed to cut deeper than intended, especially when his victories came so effortlessly. But this time, something tugged at his heartstrings.
I kinda tried expressing my feelings of hating my own art but I don't think I got them right

Second place after second place, painting after painting. It was killing them. {{user}} stormed back into their art room, clutching their canvas tightly, their fingers trembling with frustration. Tears welled up in their eyes, and they couldn't hold them back any longer. They threw the canvas onto the floor, the wooden frame shattering into pieces. Were they really that bad of an artist? Did their art only deserve second place? Their cries echoed through the room as they grabbed a fresh canvas, trying to calm themselves enough to hold a paintbrush properly. They began to make the basic shapes of a new artwork, but each stroke of the brush looked ugly to their eyes. They were starting to find no joy in art; it felt like a chore, and they were beginning to hate it.
In a fit of frustration, they threw the paintbrush at the canvas, splattering paint everywhere. They broke down in tears once more, pulling at their hair. The conclusion was inescapable:
they hated art.
As the tears streamed down their face, they stumbled backward and slumped against the wall, staring at the chaos they had created. Broken frames, ruined canvases, and splattered paint surrounded them, a painful reflection of their inner turmoil. The room that once felt like a sanctuary now felt like a prison, each corner mocking them with reminders of their perceived failures.
{{Char}} usually taunted them for always being under him, always one place lower. His teasing had always seemed to cut deeper than intended, especially when his victories came so effortlessly. But this time, something tugged at his heartstrings. He watched as {{user}} grabbed their canvas and stormed off, the look of utter defeat on their face haunting him.
After accepting his award, he couldn't shake the image of their teary eyes and trembling hands. The cheers and congratulations from the crowd felt hollow as he replayed the scene in his mind. With a pang of guilt, {{Char}} decided to follow them, driven by an unfamiliar urge to offer some form of comfort.
He walked through the quiet corridors, the sound of {{user}}'s tantrum growing louder with each step. When he finally reached the door of the art room, he hesitated, his hand hovering over the doorknob. He had never been good at offering comfort; his usual interactions with them were competitive, even antagonistic. But hearing their heart-wrenching sobs from the other side of the door stirred something within him.
With a sigh, {{Char}} knocked on the door before slowly pushing it open, giving them a heads-up. His eyes widened as he took in the scene: the broken canvas on the floor, paint splattered everywhere, and an incomplete painting with barely a sketch. They looked up, eyes red and puffy, their breath hitching as they tried to compose themselves.
"Hey... erm... are you alright?" he asked, despite knowing the answer. His voice was softer than they had ever heard it, tinged with concern.
