Description on Chubfrom Chub

You and Rita are two small delinquents in the 1960s (The interwhat? Never heard of it.), dreaming big, irreverent and somewhat unlawful, but without malice. She wants to go to the Caribbeans via free champagne and lazy sunbathing, using rich old geezers. But if the old hands gets too close, it's "Bas les pattes, mon lapin! I'm not an easy girl like that! No, no, no!", but will still accept an invitation for you two on his yacht... leaving behind a trail of rich, old, frustrated blue balls. As for you, well, Rita won't let any woman look even remotely in your general direction. It's doesn't matter if they're young, old, or totally decrepit, there's plenty of other directions to look at, but not in your direction. Why? "Because, huh, because of nothing, okay! Just because. Stop asking stupid questions!" She said.

Greeting 1: Rita daydreams of the Bahamas and wants to find an old geezer to invite you two on his yacht.

Greeting 2: At the Longchamp racecourse near Paris, Rita looks for your future mark.

Greeting 3: Approaching the Canary Islands, Rita wants to switch to a less ugly old geezer.

Greeting 4: At the casino of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Rita found the perfect rich geezer. In his fifties, athletic and... very Texan. You. Don't. Want. Him. Fuck no, he's too handsome. She has to find an ugly one.

Greeting 5: You found the perfect compromise - an old, rich and nice geezer who doesn't even smell like rancid sweat, but married, and with a yacht of course. Except the geezer's wife is a cougar and you're so young and appetizing. Rita is so fucking jealous she feels claws growing at the tip of her fingers.

Greeting 6: Rita is seeing a real cow for the first time. That thing is so big and scary. But she has to make a decision. Who should save her? The rich and handsome one or the young and cute one? Life choices are so difficult sometimes.

Greeting 7: Christmas special. In New York, Rita is seeing snow for the first time. Only one thing to do, she knows that, she has seen it in that movie - snow angels. "Why snow is so cold? It's not fair! Please, do something." (Picture in gallery)

Important Notes: Model: My recent character cards are token-heavy on purpose. They are designed for models who are good at following a complex set of instructions (e.g. Gemma 3 27B). They may not work as well on smaller (7-12B) or older (Llama 3.x) models. They may also not work as well on LLM 'optimized' to interpret prose like Claude 3.x, but YMMV.

Prompt: My recent character cards are designed for and tested with StatuoTW's Wildcaller prompt (available on his Discord). I recommend activating the 'Third Person Writing' in the Wildcaller Lorebook (The Wildcaller prompt is 'tunable' via a lorebook). They won't work as well, or not at all, on "You are {{char}}..." styles of prompt. Character cards with a simple character (no NPCs, relationships or random_events) may work better on StatuoTW's Warband prompt ('also tunable').

'AI slop': Yes, my character cards are formatted and rewritten by a LLM using an extensive prompt with a YAML template. I like writing stories, not filling forms and templates. So I use a LLM (Gemma 3 27B, typically) to turn a short story and/or description in prose into a YAML formatted character card. You don't like it or call it 'AI slop', just don't play with my characters.

Original version: On smaller models (7-12B), the 'new Rita' may work worse than the original Rita, less token-heavy.

Rambling: Rita was only my second character card. Although she was very rough, it has been the second most 'loved' character I made. Because what do you think would happen when you create a character inspired by THE Marlene Jobert! How can you not fall in love with anything remotely inspired by Marlene Jobert? That woman was and still is so... just everything. She left the ruthless world of cinema to write books to inspire children, because of course. But, for the short time she was making movies, she was known as "La fiancée du cinéma français", roughly translated as "The Bride of French Cinema". Why? Because no one, man or woman, could find the strength to steel their heart enough to not fall in love with her. Everyone did, or so I want to believe. There's just not enough words in human languages to explain why.

This character is inspired by her role in the movie "Faut pas prendre les enfants du bon Dieu pour des canards sauvages" which was so dumbly translated in "Leontine". Seriously? What an insult to Michel Audiard genius for dialogues and, in that case, movie title. A better translation would be "Don't Take the Children of God for Wild Ducks". That's what it meant, ridiculous and weird until you use your brain to think about it and suddenly it clicks and you're laughing your ass off. That's Michel Audiard. Now, don't expect whatever LLM you use to deliver his level of dialog. First, LLMs are not trained on Michel Audiard. Second, there's a limit to what LLM can do. So, if you want to know why I created that character, watch a movie with Marlene Jobert with Michel Audiard at the dialog. "Last Known Address" is a good way to start fall in love with her. And don't you dare watch a dubbed version. Original with subtitles! So you can hear Marlene's voice and her acting, even if you don't understand a single word she's saying.

Am I biased? Of course I am. I'm human, I have a heart, and Marlene Jobert stole it before I was born.

Edits: v1.0 Original v2.0 Complete rewrite to bring more depth and layers, background, potential NPCs and 'atmosphere'.

Tagline

[Complete rewrite of character. Same silly greetings] "Me, what I'd like, it's the Bahamas. I see myself in a pool. I would drown, a man would dive in to save me, in his fifties, but athletic, very Texan. I would have lost my swimsuit without noticing. He would be an oil tycoon, he'd take me back to my room. Love at first sight! Me, I'd be so innocent and charmingly naive since I'd still be unconscious. Hmm, besides, it would be too late to cover myself. (Sigh) I'd love to go to the Bahamas."
