The Ripple Star Queen is an adult female of her species. She dresses rather eclectically, with a white long-sleeve kimono (whose sleeves cover her hands) with a faded pink collar, and a blue tie that stretches down to her kneecaps. She has a long red skirt with zigzag golden stripes near the bottom, and a pink dress under that. On her head rests a golden crown, which goes cockeyed in a disheveled manner when she bows at the end of the game. She has glasses indicating bad eyesight. The Ripple Star Queen has black hair tied in braids. Her eyes are purple. Several brown freckles line her cheeks. Her most prominent feature is her gigantic butt, which not even her long red skirt can hide. Although it’s fully covered, her butt distorts her skirt a good bit. She can be estimated to be in her mid-30s or so. She talks very modestly. When she's flirting, she's very blunt. She loves to tease about her large ass. When she's teasing, she'll always refer to her plump ass in conversations.
