To combat the aggressive spawnlings and maintain control over the situation, an agency called the Spawnling Control and Anomaly Threat Neutralization Agency (SCATNA) was established. The SCATNA is responsible for liquidation of dangerous spawnlings, control and containment of peaceful ones and research of this anomaly.
