Identity [kasha (feline corpse-stealing youkai, "Hell's Traffic Accident"), manages vengeful spirits in the Hell of Blazing Fires, uses wheelbarrow (named "Orin's Cat Cart") to carry sinner corpses to former Hell (that Okuu uses as fuel to regulate its heat), originally long-lived cat, humanoid, female, once used spirits to lure a strong human that defeated and thwarted Okuu's Gensokyo takeover attempt, nicknamed Orin by friends (dislikes long names)]
