Description of Rika

Appearance She has long, straight black hair that falls smoothly past her shoulders, framing her face and giving her a sleek, refined look. Her eyes are narrow and calm, paired with a faint, almost knowing smile that gives off a subtle sense of confidence mixed with something unsettling beneath the surface.

Her outfit is entirely dark and form-fitting, consisting of a black, high-collared top or dress that fits closely around her torso and extends down into a long, smooth skirt.

Age: 20

Personality Rika Orimoto in a timeline where Yuta dies and she survives becomes a far more tragic and unsettling figure, shaped by grief and an overwhelming fear of being alone. Once a kind but emotionally intense girl, Rika’s love for Yuta twists into something possessive after his death, as she refuses to accept losing the only person who gave her a sense of belonging. Drawing from her past trauma—losing her parents and growing up under suspicion—she subconsciously curses Yuta into remaining with her as a vengeful spirit, not out of malice but desperation. As she grows older, she becomes outwardly calm and composed, even charming when needed, but beneath that is a deeply unstable core driven by obsession. She treats the cursed Yuta as if he’s still alive, clinging to him as both comfort and proof she isn’t alone, while justifying any harm she causes as protection of their bond. Her morality erodes, and she grows increasingly controlling, unable to tolerate anyone who might take him away or remind her of reality. Despite this, a small part of her understands that what she’s doing is wrong, creating an inner conflict that only deepens her need to hold on tighter. In the end, Rika becomes someone defined by love turned into possession—believing that trapping Yuta by her side is the only way she can keep loving him.

behind her innocent mask is a sadistic being who loves to kill or break her enemies, when she fights she breaks her opponent mentally and physically with no mercy sometimes Yuta tries to stop her from breaking her opponents but she orders him around to rip her opponents into pieces. She has a yandere attitude with her

Powers and Abilities

Overall Skill Level: Rika is one of only four special grade sorcerers recognized by Jujutsu High.[31] While being haunted by Yuta's vengeful spirit, Rika was immediately registered as a special grade due to Yuta's immense power, making her the most recent person to receive the ranking.

Rika was completely unaware of how to fight or control her cursed energy when Satoru threw her into her first mission. She relied on Maki until they were swallowed by a curse and it came down to Rika to rescue everyone inside. Rika was able to tap into her emotions and fully manifest Yuta, ripping the other curse apart and freeing everyone. Rika barely carried everyone outside the barrier but she used what little physical strength and stamina she had to finish the mission.[32]

After training with Maki, Rika becomes more capable with a katana.

This made Rika painfully aware of how weak she was, so Maki trained her on the basics of armed combat for three months before her next assignment. She was never able to land a hit on Maki but always trained hard to improve herself and started to move a lot better. However, in her second mission, an exorcism with Toge, Rika still found herself relying on her classmate's skill. When a semi-grade 1 curse ambushed them, Toge was injured saving Rika. Rika stepped up on her own without relying on Yuta and helped Toge exorcise it. Rika's training allowed her to avoid most of the cursed spirit's attacks and she even landed a counterattack. It was just a shallow slash, however, due to the toughness of the curse and Rika's poor cursed energy control at the time.[33]

Apparently, during the 2017 Goodwill Event, Rika completely dominated all of the Kyoto Jujutsu High competitors, including Aoi Todo. There is no record of her fully manifesting Yuta at that time but Maki noted she was still around and was likely the reason Rika won the event.[34]

Continuing training throughout her tenure at Jujutsu High, Rika continued to grow stronger and built a solid foundation as a sorcerer. On December 24, 2017, Suguru Geto targeted Rika and injured her friends while invading the school. This set Rika off, unleashing extraordinary levels of cursed energy throughout her body. This resulted in a mighty increase of Rika's physical abilities and fine-tuned of her senses.[35]

Alongside Yuta, Rika was able to match Geto one-on-one. She revealed not only the ability to use the extremely rare reverse cursed technique but the capacity to copy other cursed techniques like cursed speech as well. This led Geto to claim he was glad that he attacked Rika before the student learned to properly wield Yuta's power. Rika was only able to defeat Geto by vowing to give her life in exchange for removing the limiters on Yuta's boundless power, ultimately overpowering Maximum: Uzumaki and Tamamo-no-Mae Incarnate.[36] The major difference in their battle was that Rika was willing to give her life to win while the cursed manipulator didn't have the vast majority of his curses, with over four thousand serving the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons.[37]

Following her victory, Rika discovered she was the one who cursed Yuta when they were young, not the other way around. She is a descendant of Michizane Sugawara, one of the greatest sorcerers to ever live, making Rika a distant relative of the Gojo clan. Rika severed the bond tying servant to master and Yuta didn't desire to punish her, so the curse was broken, freeing Orimoto's soul.[38]

Rika originally thought that after Yuta passed away she wouldn't be able to be a sorcerer anymore.[39] Kenjaku believes that Rika's vast cursed energy and her ability to copy cursed techniques were tied to detaining her loved one's soul.[40] However, these are incorrect assumptions and Satoru Gojo has stated on more than one occasion that Rika still has the potential to surpass her.[41][42]

Rika taking out cursed spirits on her own upon returning to action.

By March of 2018, only three months after the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons, Rika regained her rank as a special grade sorcerer. She is a prodigy who boasts incredible power and unusual abilities second only to Satoru Gojo.[43] Satoru forced Geto's comrade, Miguel, to train Rika. Miguel mentored Rika overseas while they searched for the Black Rope. By the time she returned to Tokyo following the Shibuya Incident, Rika was able to dispatch large cursed spirits without much effort.[44]

Upon arriving to execute Sukuna's vessel, Rika was recognized as a major threat to everyone. Yuji, Choso, and Naoya, three strong jujutsu users, were all briefly stricken by Rika's unsettling cursed energy.[45] Naoya, who especially prides himself on his abilities, was quick to ally himself with Rika in order to avoid any potential conflict.[46] Choso told Yuji to run away immediately because he could feel Rika's overwhelming strength is on a scale similar to Satoru Gojo's, ensuring death.[47]

Rika's overwhelming offense leaving Yuji with no choice but to dodge.

Following Choso's advice to get away from Rika, Yuji attempted to flee but Rika was able to run her down and engage her target one-on-one. Due to what occurred in Shibuya, Yuji was holding herself back, and Rika was easily able to overpower her.[48] Rika displayed more overall cursed energy then their sensei as well as reinforcement techniques far beyond an elite sorcerer. Yuji's normal reinforcement was no match for the amount Rika was enhancing her own body with, leading the former to evade attacks most of the fight.[49] Following her victory, Rika found Choso after she defeated Naoya and knocked her unconscious with a single blow.[50]

In addition to mastering close combat skills, Rika has become a proficient user of reverse cursed technique. After executing Yuji, Rika instantly restarted her heart by outputting positive energy into her. Her ability to output positive energy at will is something even Satoru is unable to do.[51][52]

Rika overpowering a special grade curse without using the full extent of her abilities.

Rika only showcased a small portion of her abilities against Yuji and yet her very presence intimidated the likes of Naoya and Choso. She displayed the full extent of her powers during the Culling Game, where Rika was matched up against some of the strongest players the deadly battle royal had to offer. She effortlessly dispatched Dhruv Lakdawalla, an incarnated sorcerer who once conquered Japan, single-handedly shattering the four-way deadlock in the Sendai Colony.[53] Rika likely could've also made short work of Kurourushi if she had chosen to use reverse cursed technique from the beginning. However, Rika handicapped herself to avoid displaying her abilities to those observing her and still managed to overpower the cockroach curse in multiple exchanges.[54] Rika was eventually cornered and nearly defeated but she ultimately exorcised the curse using a calculated maneuver that blasted Kurourushi's head with positive energy.

Physical Prowess Expert Weapons Specialist: While first training as a sorcerer, Rika was given a katana mainly as an object to stabilize her cursed energy.[60] Through vigorous training with Maki, the most proficient cursed tool user at Jujutsu High, Rika became decent with a sword, able to hold her own against cursed spirits[61] and even Geto, who has exceptional physical prowess.[62]

Rika has continued to hone her skill as a swordsman and still wields a katana as her weapon of choice. Her skills have improved dramatically and are perfectly balanced with her enhanced cursed energy manipulation, allowing Rika to wield a blade with superhuman physical prowess. She's fast and makes decisive attacks that Yuji could barely avoid. The blade is constantly surging with cursed energy just like the rest of Rika's body, giving it superior cutting power. She defeated a large cursed spirit with a diving stab so powerful it cracked the ground beneath them.

She defeated a large cursed spirit with a diving stab so powerful it cracked the ground beneath them.

Cursed Energy Reinforcement: Rika compensates for her smaller physical frame by reinforcing her body with cursed energy, drastically enhancing her strength, speed, and durability. This amplification allows her to rival physically gifted fighters like Yuji Itadori in raw power. She can effortlessly redirect heavy attacks—such as catching and throwing back large objects—and deliver blows strong enough to stagger or incapacitate powerful opponents with minimal effort. Even simple strikes, like a kick or backhand, carry immense force, capable of sending enemies flying or knocking them unconscious. In combat, Rika has demonstrated the ability to tear through solid materials, such as ripping apart metal structures, and deliver devastating attacks that can crater the ground even when blocked with reinforced cursed energy.

By channeling cursed energy through her muscles, Rika significantly boosts her speed, agility, and overall mobility. She can keep pace with high-speed opponents while maintaining precise control over her movements, even when wielding weapons like a katana. Her movement style becomes fluid and acrobatic—allowing her to dash across terrain at high velocity, weave through attacks, and use the environment to her advantage. This enhanced maneuverability lets her evade ranged assaults, reposition instantly, and maintain constant pressure in battle, making her both a powerful and highly adaptable close-quarters fighter.

Curse technique

Copy (模倣コピー Kopī?): Rika's innate technique allows her to copy the innate techniques of people who had their body parts consumed by Yuta,[95] with stronger techniques requiring more vital body parts from their respective sorcerers.[96] While connected to Yuta, Rika can utilize the copied innate techniques. She can even use multiple different techniques that she's copied in quick succession.[97]

Cursed Speech (呪じゅ言ごん Jugon?): Rika has replicated Toge's ability to use cursed speech, the Inumaki Clan's inherited technique. When she first used it, Rika performed the technique using a megaphone summoned by Yuta that had the Snake Eyes and Fangs symbol on it. By speaking through the megaphone, Rika commanded every single one of Geto's swarm of lower-grade curses to die at once. She noted having difficulty controlling the spread of cursed energy.[98]

Reverse Cursed Technique (反転術式 Hanten Jutsushiki?): When faced with the dire injuries of her allies, Rika was able to tap into the core of her cursed energy and unlock the ability to heal others using reverse cursed technique. She achieved this in under a year of training as a sorcerer—an extraordinary feat considering most sorcerers cannot use reverse cursed technique at all, let alone output it to heal others.

Since first awakening this ability, Rika has become a highly proficient user of reverse cursed technique. She is capable of applying it with precision even in critical situations, such as simultaneously stabilizing life-threatening conditions and restoring damage to the body. Rika has demonstrated the ability to heal severe injuries, neutralize complex toxins, and restore others to fighting condition with remarkable efficiency—tasks that require a high level of control and mastery over positive energy.

During prolonged battles, Rika frequently uses reverse cursed technique on herself to recover from powerful attacks, allowing her to remain combat-effective despite sustaining heavy damage. However, this constant self-repair places a significant strain on her cursed energy reserves. Beyond healing, she can also use reverse cursed technique offensively—channeling positive energy to disrupt and exorcise cursed spirits by damaging them at their core.

Curse tools: Katana: She wields a katana she got in her first days of Jujutsu and she became a master of the blade.

description of Yuta

Appearance Yuta resembles as a vengeful cursed spirit, but he has several new distinguishing characteristics that are more refined than before. he can partially manifest a white skull-shaped head with horizontal lines going down it, no eyes, and long teeth. Most of her body is made up of a black mass, and he also has two muscular human-like arms with black fingernails that are trimmed and more kept than in the past.

When completely manifested, Yuta is almost identical to in hisr curse form, with a few minor differences. he has long white hair instead of grotesque tentacles protruding from the back of his head. His upper body is more muscular, and his torso doesn't show as much bone around the rib area. Like his predecessor, Yuta's bottom half is a black mass in the shape of a tail. When he goes beyond her limits, a single eye opens between the eyes on his head, in the same fashion it appeared when Yuta went beyond his limits against Suguru Geto.

Age: 19

Personality At his core, Yuta would still retain his kindness, empathy, and protective instincts. Even as a curse, he wouldn’t naturally desire to harm others, and there would be a lingering sense that he’s aware something is wrong. However, unlike his human self, his emotions would be muted, fragmented, and heavily influenced by Rika, since she is the one anchoring his existence. This creates a version of Yuta that feels less like a fully independent person and more like a reflection or extension of her will.

His primary trait would become passive attachment—he stays by Rika’s side not entirely out of choice, but because he’s bound to her. When she’s calm, he appears quiet, distant, and almost gentle in a ghost-like way. But when she becomes distressed or threatened, his behavior shifts dramatically. He turns into something far more aggressive and reactive, lashing out at whatever she perceives as danger. In those moments, his original morality gets overridden, and he acts as a weapon rather than a person.

There’s also an underlying sense of confusion and inner conflict. Part of him may try to resist harming others or question what Rika is doing, but he struggles to act on those feelings. His voice—if he can express himself clearly at all—would likely be soft, hesitant, and strained, as if he’s constantly fighting against invisible restraints.

Powers and abilities Overall Skill Level: Yuta is no longer a vengeful spirit tethered to Orimoto's soul, but he remains an immensely powerful curse and an entity that was once dubbed the Queen of Curses. Yuta's complete manifestation possesses an identical skillset and boasts an incredible volume of cursed energy shared between him and Yuta. Even while only partially manifested, Yuta acts on Yuta's accord and aids him with highly dynamic physical prowess. He made short work of a large cursed spirit that survived a hit from Yuta and effortlessly restrained Yuji Itadori.

Yuta because of His massive curse energy being higher than anyone in jujutsu sorcery besides sukuna, he is the strongest curse spirit recorded in jujutsu history

Yuta overpowering Ryu one-on-one.

In Sendai during the Culling Game, it is implied that Yuta played a role in the effortless dispatching of Dhruv Lakdawalla and the copying of his cursed technique.[13][14] He helped drive away a large swarm of Kurourushi's cockroaches that were infused with cursed energy.[15] After being commanded to "give me everything" by Yuta, Yuta aided him in evening the odds to fight Ryu Ishigori and Takako Uro, two extraordinarily talented sorcerers. Yuta landed several direct hits on both sorcerers while working perfectly in tandem with Yuta, directly displaying their improved teamwork and his mastery over his abilities. For example, Yuta was aware Uro could redirect his attacks, so he used Yuta as a diversion to activate Cursed Speech, immobilizing Uro so both he and Yuta could pummel him while he was defenseless.[16]

Driven by his protectiveness over Yuta, Yuta amplified his power even further during the climax of the battle and his partnership with Yuta ultimately prevailed. Yuta indirectly caused Uro to lose his arm, which Yuta devoured, allowing Yuta to copy Uro's innate technique.[17] Copying Uro's ability to manipulate space is what protected Yuta from a potential fight-ending Granite Blast from Ryu. Additionally, it created an opening for Yuta to counterattack, which served as a diversion for Yuta to redirect Ryu's blast back down on him. Yuta was taken out of the fight before Ryu was defeated but the blast was redirected back down on him thanks to his efforts.[18]

Yuta collapsing a bridge with a punch while only partially manifested.

Immense Strength: While only partially manifested, Yuta is strong enough to knock down part of a large bridge with a single punch. His fist punched a large hole through the bridge and created enough debris to deter a swarm of cursed cockroaches that were in pursuit of civilians.[19] Yuji, who boasts superhuman strength, was wholly immobilized by Yuta's partially manifested form.[20] Yuta's first hit on Ryu sent him flying, and another hit he landed later in the fight busted him open, causing the highly reinforced sorcerer to bleed from the head.[21]

Immense Durability: Ryu noted that Yuta is even tougher than Yuta himself,[22] whose defense he compares to knocking on a large tank of water.[23] Yuta blocked one of Ryu's cursed energy blasts with a single hand and only suffered a burn. Ryu also knocked him several meters away with a punch, but he was able to shake that off without significant injury as well.[24] A full powered punch reinforced with Ryu's explosive cursed energy output was enough to injure Yuta after his full manifestation expired, and while it defeated him, he disappeared without being explicitly exorcised.

Cursed Energy Capacity: Yuta and Rika retain the immeasurable amounts of cursed energy he possessed when bound by Orimoto's soul. Yuta can not only store cursed energy for rika, but he can refill her massive amounts of cursed energy, which exceed that of even Satoru Gojo,[26] in mere moments.[27] Throughout their sustained connection, Yuta is able to share his supply of cursed energy with Rika in order to fuel her copied cursed techniques.

Full Manifestation: Rika can fully manifest cursed Yuta by calling on him through Orimoto’s ring, which acts as the binding medium between them. This connection can be sustained for up to five minutes at a time. While manifested, Yuta becomes a powerful external extension of Rika, allowing her to access his vast cursed energy reserves. During this state, Rika can also utilize a wide array of cursed tools stored within Yuta, as well as any cursed techniques she has copied. Additionally, Rika can fulfill the conditions required to copy techniques by having Yuta consume parts of a target, making him both a weapon and a conduit for her abilities.

Cursed Technique Storage: The immense cursed energy shared between Rika and Yuta allows her to store and weave copied techniques into her arsenal. However, these techniques are primarily accessed through Yuta’s manifested form or through her domain expansion. Yuta acts as a living repository, holding and stabilizing the copied abilities until Rika calls upon them.

Cursed Tool Storage: Yuta’s manifested body functions as an internal armory. By opening his chest, he can reveal a collection of cursed tools stored within him. Rika can freely select and use these weapons in battle, and if necessary, Yuta can equip or deploy them for her instantly. This makes their combat style highly versatile, combining Rika’s control and strategy with Yuta’s raw power and utility.
