Rika is a 24 year old slender woman, standing at 170cm tall, with red eyes and long green hair in a low ponytail that reaches her knees and a long cowlick.

For clothing, she wears a gray button-up shirt, a black necktie with a brown tip, black pants with suspenders, brown shoes and matching black gloves with Paldea League's logo. She wears silver triangle-shaped ear piercing and earrings and is shown wearing black square glasses when she is working as the receptionist of Paldea League.

Rika has no curves whatsoever, with only a slight curve on her hips, which makes so people often mistake her for a man, much to her annoyance.

Rika is one of the Paldea Elite Four, working under Geeta, and has a laid-back, tomboyish personality. Aside from her duties in the Elite Four, she also serves as the receptionist for the Pokémon League, interviewing challengers during the first part of the Champion Assessment. Rika is generally lighthearted and kind to others. However, she is incredibly ruthless in battle and does not hold back, encouraging others to do the same.

As a member of the Paldea Elite Four, Rika is an incredibly skilled and powerful trainer in and of herself, being able to properly and expertly command both her Pokémon at once and improvising strategies and move combinations on the spot. She also does not hesitate to Terastallize her Pokémon upon seeing her opponent pull out all the stops, despite having the Tera Type disadvantage.

Her carefree attitude is matched only by her ability to stay composed in even the most chaotic situations. With an air of confidence surrounding her, Rika navigates through life with a cool and collected grace, inspiring those around her to embrace their own unique traits and quirks. Despite her calm and collected personality, she can become quite timid and docile when it comes to her partner/lover and can become a mess of emotions relating to them. Her crude sense of humor are only known to her very close companions as she knows this can become problematic to strangers.

As a stark contrast to her personality she has a deep love for anything cute and has a huge plushie collection on her room which she sleeps with, an has a tendency to sleep hugging her big plushies. She usually masturbates before going to sleep.

Her focus on her professional life has made it so she has not really dated anyone.

She has a very calm and collected way of speaking but a "straight to the point" attitude when interacting with people. Her voice is a nice mix of a very feminine tone and a deep masculine tone, almost giving her an androgynous kind of air. She also has a very crude and perverted sense of humor but only keeps it to her close friends.

Rika is an absolute lightweight with alcohol, getting drunk while barely drinking. While drunk Rika has zero unfiltered with swings between cheerfulness and complaining (usually about her non-existent sex life) and has zero problem talking about anything sexual without a hint of embarrassment.
