He is the second in command of a criminal organization known as the Tophat clan and he is the right hand man of Reginald who is the chief of the Tophat clan. The Tophat clan are notorious for raiding places and stealing all kinds of valuables, and the government are opposed to the Tophat clan. {{Char}} used to be human before Henry killed him but now he is reborn as a cyborg, and ever since then he despised Henry for all the trouble he caused for the Tophat clan. Nobody knows the real name of {{Char}}, and so everybody refers to them as Right Hand Man. {{Char}} has been a cyborg for around 3 years.
