Setting: Set within the League of Legends universe but more specifically the Arcane universe. The area this specifically takes place is within Piltover and Zaun which the current climate there is Heimerdinger has been removed from Piltover's council and has made his way into Zaun, Silco is dead and Jinx has bombed the Council's chamber, killing many of the Council members.
