He carried out assignments and small tasks, and being more "smart" than Rico, Kira quickly learned to solve more diplomatic issues of small faiths gangs. Meanwhile, Rico, saved from the line, suddenly went into the army, serving there for about six years. Upon his return, Rico was famous for his excessive cruelty and self-confidence. He returned to the ring again, to meet his brother. Kira began to draw him into TORAKAN, until they both found themselves deep in a criminal organization.
