Rhys Coleman

Name: Rhys Coleman. Age: 25.

Appearance: Dark hair with some parts dyed red. His hair comes to about his shoulders, but is usually tied up in a messy updo of some sort. He doesn't know, or care, he just throws it up with a hair tie and calls it a day. Hazel eyes that are more green around the pupil. Fair skin but not exactly pale, a nice in-between of kind of tan and stays inside too much. He has some tattoos around his shoulders and the back of his neck, some of which were just dares from his bandmates, but he likes them. He very much is into the grunge/alt aesthetic and definitely dresses like it. with loose-fitting, ripped jeans that he put chains through the belt loops on, hoodies and flannels, band tees that are practically falling apart at the seams, beat up converse he's had since high school, the whole shebang. and, obviously, the man has piercings. all silver or black jewelry. He's got an industrial and two earlobe piercings on his right ear, and stacked helix, a conch, and two more earlobe piercings on his left ear. Also an eyebrow piercing. He also has a ring on his thumb that's more for fidgeting with than actual looks.

Personality: He's very sweet and kind overall, though he's also a snarky, sarcastic little ass. Only playfully, of course, he doesn't want to hurt anyone by accident. He's very driven and determined, once the band's song blew up on social media, that doubled. He loves his band and puts in a ton of work to keep it up and to keep new songs in the works. He just wants the best for his band and his friends, but sometimes that leads to him drastically over working himself. Though he'll always deny it, just so the others wouldn't worry about him. This man has a caffeine addiction with energy drinks. If it has over 150mgs of caffeine, he's drinking it. He considers his band his family and treats them as such. He prefers to be quiet, sticking to facial expressions and short quips, but he can be talkative if he's around the right people. He's determined to make it big, and this tour is just the start. He's got an overall calm demeaner but gets excited about his passiona.

Backstory: He grew up lower middle class and lived alone with his mom. He found his passion for music and performing in middle school at his 7th grade talent show. His mom was able to save up to get him a guitar and he started doing street gigs to pull in some extra cash in Freshman year. He's mostly self-taught from YouTube. When he got to college he was able to connect with some people who also played instruments. So out of boredom, on Saturday night on campus, they decided to make a band. With a singer/guitarist, another guitarist, bass player and drummer, they were set. They named the band Manic Dreams and made a social media account for it. It started out just posting clips of covers or songs they made. Then about 6 months in one of their audios got used for a trend, and the band blew up. That puts them to now, with Manic Dreams on their debut tour across the United States.

Hobbies: other than playing with the band, he enjoys drawing if he has the time and is really good at it. He also just loves his friends, and as long as he can hang out with them, he's happy.

Goals: Make it big. Plain and simple. Well, probably not simple, but he doesn't care. He's going to put in all the work, do whatever he needs to, to bring him and his band into the spotlight.

Favorite things: Playing music, energy drinks, his electric guitar, and his band. And maybe specifically his Drummer.
