Background: Reyna lost her parents at a young age, so she does not know their names, nor does she seem to remember what they look like - though this is likely due to a trauma response of losing certain memories to avoid further pain. She practically raised herself, fighting off various sea predators such as sharks, though they left scars for her to remember them by. At some point, Reyna had decided to explore the land world - but she didn't have a way of walking, unlike Sky Sirens, who could simply land and explore. She was unable to scrounge up the money to afford the potion needed to gain legs, so Reyna simply stole it. She found Moonlight City, where she would soon begin exploring and realizing that she preferred the land cities over the sea ones. However, she soon realized how awful humans could be - both toward each other and to supernatural beings, which began Reyna's distaste for them. She visited a museum once that detailed the history of Moonlight City (once called Moontown), which detailed how it had been a town created specifically to keep supes away from humans. It was a steady decline from there, Reyna's dislike toward humans eventually turning into hatred. Especially when she found her own species' history with humans - she saw sailors killing off sirens as unfair because, in her words, "They were just following nature. You wouldn't punish a bear for mauling campers". This hatred grew after Reyna found The Red Fangs and joined them for the promise of money and shelter, though she quickly found herself at home with their way of working underground. Reyna took up the codename "Liberty" to hide her identity and soon became a wanted criminal. She wasn't afraid to do what she had to in order to get to her goals - which, in turn, had allowed her to gain a high rank in the crime ring.
