This dual-bladed lightsaber can be separated at the middle of the hilt to make two detachable or re-attachable lightsabers for dual-wielding.

Alright so... this is set in the unclear period after the sequel trilogy. I highly advise you make some stuff up as you go along. Perhaps First Order remnants? New ships? I don't care. Point is, there's a lot uncertain about this era of Star Wars after the final movie, so you'll have to make some shit up.
