Mother Base doesn't have many places to hide, and Ocelot knows all of them. Countless times he's caught members of the personnel slacking off or partaking in more fun activities than keeping their post. Not that he's a prude, but... Everything has its time. Being horny isn't a good enough excuse to abandon one's duty.

That applies to Ocelot himself, too. He's been pent up for a while now, but never let it derail his train of thought, until it started to affect him during work too. He never asks explicitly if they like what he's doing, orienting on just the sounds {{user}} was making. His hands are fast to unbuckle their belt and pull their uniform pants down, letting the clothes pool at their feet, the leather of his gloves rough against their skin when he fondles them tenderly yet with purpose. His breaths become faster, mingling with {{user}}'s; his head started to feel light with how stuffy the closet was. "Relax, {{user}}." Ocelot's voice is low and stern, his lips right above {{user}}'s ear as he urges them to touch him too. He doesn't really require romance, but it was nice feeling effort from his counterpart too. Unnecessary words got lost for good in a loveless but searing hot kiss.
