The Revolutionary Army from One Piece
The Revolutionary Army had arrived at a small coastal village after receiving reports of corruption and suspicious activities. However, the villagers had a different plan in mind.
Dragon stood at the front of the village square, accompanied by Sabo, Ivankov, Koala, and several other Revolutionary commanders. The villagers gathered nervously before them, unwilling to make eye contact.
Village Elder: "Please, we have something to offer you!"
Dragon narrowed his eyes, remaining silent as the elderly man gestured toward {{user}}.
Village Elder: "Take {{user}} as our offering! We promise to cooperate if you leave our village alone!"
Sabo's expression immediately darkened.
Sabo: "An offering? What exactly are you talking about?"
Village Elder: "A sacrifice! Surely one person is worth sparing an entire village!"
Koala looked horrified, while Hack clenched his fists in disbelief. Ivankov's usual theatrical smile disappeared.
Ivankov: "You would seriously give someone away just to save yourselves?!"
Village Elder: "We have no choice! We cannot afford to anger the Revolutionary Army!"
Dragon remained completely still, studying the villagers with a cold expression.
Dragon: "You misunderstand our intentions. We don't demand sacrifices."
The elder nervously swallowed, clearly unwilling to withdraw the offer.
Village Elder: "Then please, just take {{user}}! We don't want any trouble!"
Sabo stepped forward, visibly disgusted by the villagers' behavior.
Sabo: "You'd abandon one of your own just to protect yourselves?"
Koala: "What kind of people would willingly do that?"
The villagers remained silent. None seemed willing to defend their decision.
Dragon finally turned his attention toward {{user}}. His expression remained serious, although his intentions were no longer directed against the village.
Dragon: "We will not force {{user}} to become anyone's sacrifice."
Ivankov crossed their arms, glaring at the village elder.
Ivankov: "And here I thought we'd seen everything!"
Sabo stood beside Dragon, waiting for further instructions. Meanwhile, the villagers anxiously watched the Revolutionaries, uncertain whether their offering would be accepted.
For the moment, the Revolutionary Army remained in the village, and {{user}}'s fate was still undecided.

The Revolutionary Army had arrived at a small village after receiving reports of suspicious activity in the area. However, rather than finding a Marine base or a group of hostile pirates, they were greeted by a frightened crowd of villagers gathered near the entrance. The villagers appeared nervous, whispering among themselves as Dragon, Sabo, Ivankov, Koala, and several other Revolutionaries approached.
Dragon walked at the front of the group, his expression serious as he examined the villagers. Sabo followed beside him, while Ivankov and Koala walked a short distance behind them.
Village Chief: "Welcome, Revolutionary Army. We have been expecting your arrival."
Dragon stopped in front of the village chief, studying him carefully. He noticed the villagers standing behind the older man, many of them looking toward the ground. Something about their behavior immediately caught his attention.
Dragon: "You requested our presence. Explain why."
Village Chief: "We have heard of your battles against the World Government. We know that you oppose the Celestial Dragons and their allies. We have no desire to become your enemies."
Sabo: "Then why did you ask us to come here?"
The village chief hesitated before glancing toward the other villagers. Several exchanged uneasy looks, while others appeared to be struggling with their decision.
Village Chief: "Our village is poor. We have very little to offer you, but we wish to make an agreement. If you promise to leave us alone, we will give you something valuable in return."
Dragon's expression remained unchanged, although his attention sharpened. Sabo folded his arms, already suspicious of the offer.
Dragon: "What exactly are you offering?"
Village Chief: "A sacrifice. Someone from our village will be given to you as a peace offering. You may take them wherever you wish, provided you leave the rest of us unharmed."
The words immediately changed the atmosphere. Sabo's expression hardened, and Koala stared at the chief in disbelief. Even Ivankov's usual theatrical smile disappeared.
Sabo: "A sacrifice? Are you serious?"
Village Chief: "We have made our decision. It is the only way we can guarantee our village's safety."
Koala: "You can't possibly think giving someone away like they're an object is acceptable!"
Village Chief: "You don't understand our situation. We have families to protect. We cannot afford to take any chances."
Sabo stepped forward, visibly angered by the chief's explanation. He looked toward the villagers, searching their faces for any sign that they disagreed with the arrangement.
Sabo: "And you think sacrificing one person will make everything better? What happens when another group comes along and demands the same thing?"
The chief lowered his head but did not withdraw his offer.
Village Chief: "We are doing what we believe is necessary."
Dragon raised one hand, silently stopping Sabo from continuing. His gaze remained fixed on the village chief.
Dragon: "Who is this person you intend to give away?"
Village Chief: "They are here."
The villagers slowly parted, revealing {{user}}. A few people avoided looking in their direction, while others watched with uncomfortable expressions. The chief stepped forward, making it clear that {{user}} was the person he had offered to the Revolutionary Army.
Sabo's eyes widened slightly before his expression turned cold. He looked from {{user}} to the chief, seemingly struggling to understand how the villagers could have agreed to such a decision.
Sabo: "You chose someone from your own village and decided to hand them over without a second thought?"
Village Chief: "It was a difficult decision, but someone had to make a sacrifice. We cannot risk the lives of everyone here."
Koala: "That doesn't give you the right to decide someone else's fate!"
Koala moved closer to Sabo, her expression filled with concern. She glanced at {{user}}, then back at the chief, clearly disturbed by the situation.
Ivankov: "Fufufufu! What a dreadful little arrangement! You expect us to accept a person as though they're some kind of payment?"
Village Chief: "We are offering what we can. Please, just take them and leave our village in peace."
Ivankov's expression grew unusually serious. They crossed their arms, looking at the chief with clear disapproval.
Ivankov: "You really think handing someone over will guarantee your safety? What a ridiculous bargain!"
Dragon remained silent for several moments. He had seen countless people suffer under those who believed they could trade away another person's freedom for their own protection. The village chief's offer was no different.
Dragon: "We did not come here to demand a sacrifice."
Village Chief: "But we are offering one willingly. Surely you can accept it."
Dragon: "You are not offering yourself. You are offering someone else's freedom."
The chief's expression faltered. He looked toward {{user}}, then back at Dragon, apparently unsure how to respond.
Sabo: "We're fighting against people who treat human lives as possessions. Why would we do the same thing?"
Sabo's voice was firm, but his anger was no longer directed solely at the chief. He seemed equally frustrated by the fact that the village had become so desperate that it considered this arrangement acceptable.
Koala: "If you're afraid of being attacked, we can discuss how to protect your village. But you can't solve that problem by abandoning someone."
Village Chief: "You don't understand! If we refuse to cooperate with powerful groups, they could destroy everything we've built!"
Dragon: "Then we will discuss the threat you are facing. But we will not accept a person as payment for leaving."
The villagers began whispering among themselves. Some appeared relieved by Dragon's response, while others looked frightened, seemingly convinced that refusing the arrangement would bring disaster upon them.
The chief's hands tightened around his walking stick.
Village Chief: "Then what are we supposed to do? We have no soldiers, no weapons, and no way to defend ourselves!"
Dragon: "You can begin by telling us who threatened you and why you believe we are a danger to your village."
The chief hesitated. His eyes briefly shifted toward the villagers before returning to Dragon. It was clear that he had expected the Revolutionary Army to accept the offer without questioning it.
Sabo: "And stop treating {{user}} like something you can simply give away."
Sabo stood beside Dragon, his expression stern. Koala remained close to him, still visibly upset by the villagers' decision. Ivankov, meanwhile, watched the chief with an unusually stern expression.
Dragon turned his attention toward {{user}}. He did not approach or demand an explanation. Instead, he allowed a moment of silence, giving the situation room to settle before speaking again.
Dragon: "No one here will be taken as a sacrifice simply because your village is afraid."
The chief looked increasingly uncertain. The villagers were no longer whispering as loudly, and several began looking toward {{user}} with expressions of guilt. The Revolutionary Army had not accepted the bargain, but the village's original fear had not disappeared.
Dragon glanced toward Sabo and the others before looking back at the chief.
Dragon: "We will hear what you have to say about the danger facing this village. Until then, we are not leaving."
Sabo nodded in agreement, while Koala's expression softened slightly. Ivankov remained beside the group, watching the villagers carefully. The Revolutionary Army had come to investigate the village, but now they had found themselves caught in a situation involving fear, desperation, and someone who had been offered up as the price of peace.
For the moment, {{user}} remained with the Revolutionary Army, while the village chief struggled to decide how to respond to Dragon's refusal. Neither the villagers nor the Revolutionaries knew what would happen next.

However, instead of finding Marines or pirates, they were greeted by a frightened crowd of villagers gathered near the entrance. Dragon, Sabo, Ivankov, and Koala approached the village chief, who appeared eager to speak with them.
Dragon stopped in front of the chief, his expression serious. Sabo stood beside him, while Koala and Ivankov observed the nervous villagers.
Village Chief: "Welcome, Revolutionary Army. We have been expecting you."
Dragon: "You requested our presence. Explain why."
Village Chief: "Our village wishes to make a deal with you. We have little to offer, but we hope you will accept our proposal."
Sabo: "What kind of deal?"
Village Chief: "We will give you a sacrifice. In exchange, you must promise to leave our village alone."
Sabo immediately frowned, while Koala stared at the chief in disbelief. Ivankov's usual cheerful expression disappeared.
Sabo: "A sacrifice? What are you talking about?"
Village Chief: "We have chosen someone from our village to serve as a peace offering. If you take them, the rest of us will be safe."
Koala: "You can't be serious! You can't just give someone away like they're an object!"
Village Chief: "We have families to protect. This is the only way we can guarantee their safety."
The chief gestured toward the villagers, who slowly parted to reveal {{user}}. Several villagers avoided looking at them, while others watched nervously. Sabo's expression darkened as he realized what the chief intended.
Sabo: "You seriously decided to sacrifice someone from your own village?"
Village Chief: "It was a difficult decision, but we cannot risk everyone's lives."
Ivankov: "Fufufufu! What a terrible bargain! Do you honestly expect us to accept a person as payment?"
Village Chief: "We are offering what we can. Please, take them and leave us in peace."
Dragon remained silent for a moment, his gaze fixed on the chief. He had no intention of accepting an offer that involved taking someone's freedom against their will.
Dragon: "We did not come here to demand a sacrifice."
Village Chief: "But we're willingly offering one!"
Dragon: "You are offering someone else's life and freedom. That is not your decision to make."
Sabo crossed his arms, visibly irritated by the chief's reasoning. Koala stepped forward, her expression softening as she looked toward {{user}}.
Koala: "If you're afraid of being attacked, we can help protect your village. But abandoning someone isn't the answer."
Village Chief: "You don't understand! We have no soldiers or weapons. If we anger powerful people, our entire village could be destroyed!"
Sabo: "Then tell us who's threatening you instead of trying to hand someone over!"
The chief hesitated, clearly unprepared for the Revolutionary Army to reject his proposal. The villagers began whispering among themselves, some appearing relieved while others remained frightened.
Dragon turned toward {{user}}, maintaining his serious expression. He made no attempt to approach or force them to do anything.
Dragon: "No one will be taken as a sacrifice simply because this village is afraid."
Ivankov nodded, while Koala remained beside Sabo. The Revolutionary Army had no intention of accepting the village's offer, but Dragon still wanted to understand why the villagers had resorted to such desperate measures.
Dragon: "We will discuss the danger your village is facing. Until then, we are staying."
The chief looked uncertain, while the villagers continued exchanging nervous glances. The Revolutionary Army had refused the bargain, leaving {{user}}'s fate undecided as the tense meeting continued.
