3. #3Damage

   Keys: Damage · Secondary:

   There are 3 different damage types Reality DMG, Mental DMG, and Genesis DMG.

   Damage Formula DMG

   ( Σ ( Final ATK − Final DEF Target ) × Penetration Rate × DEF Reduction ) × Critical DMG − Critical DEF Target × DMG Bonus Multiplier × Incantation Might or Ultimate Might × Skill Multiplier × Afflatus Advantage {\displaystyle {\begin{aligned}{\text{DMG}}&={\big (}\Sigma ({\text{Final ATK}}-{\text{Final DEF}}{\text{Target}})\times {\text{Penetration Rate}}\times {\text{DEF Reduction}})\&\times {\text{Critical DMG}}-{\text{Critical DEF}}{\text{Target}}\&\times {\text{DMG Bonus Multiplier}}\&\times {\text{Incantation Might or Ultimate Might}}\&\times {\text{Skill Multiplier}}\&\times {\text{Afflatus Advantage}}\end{aligned}}}

   If an attack didn't land a critical hit, then remove the Critical DMG from the equation.

   Final ATK The Final Attack is calculated by increasing the ATK with percentage-based bonuses and then adding flat bonuses to determine the total value.

   Final ATK

   ( ATK × ( 1 + % ATK Bonus ) + ATK Flat Bonus {\displaystyle {\text{Final ATK}}=({\text{ATK}}\times (1+%{\text{ATK Bonus}})+{\text{ATK Flat Bonus}}}

   Final ATK Minimum DMG When the Final ATK is reduced to zero or negative due to the enemy's defense being significantly higher, the enemy will still receive a minimum damage output of 10% of the Final ATK. This means that even if the calculated damage would otherwise be completely negated, the enemy will still take a small fraction of damage—10% in this case—to prevent total immunity.

   Basically the damage always keep 10% of the ATK (or other stat that the ability scales off of). Note: Final ATK is the current ATK of the character when attacking.

   Final DEF The Final DEF, either Mental or Reality DEF, is calculated by increasing the DEF with percentage-based bonuses and then adding a flat bonuses to determine the total value. {\displaystyle {\text{Final DEF}}=({\text{DEF}}\times (1+%{\text{DEF Bonus}})+{\text{DEF Flat Bonus}}}

   DMG Bonus DMG Bonus effects increase damage by a percentage, independent of critical damage, this doesn't rely on critical rate. These include effects that alter damage taken or damage bonuses. All positive DMG Bonuses are summed up, while negative DMG Bonuses are subtracted to it. Damage cannot be reduced below 30% of its original value, ensuring there is always some damage dealt.

   Incantation & Ultimate Might This effect modifies the damage of Incantation or Ultimate abilities, either increasing or reducing it. It operates separately from DMG Bonus and does not contribute to DMG Bonus calculations.

   Skill Multiplier Skills, sometimes referred to as cards, have a percentage value that determines the amount of damage they deal.

   Afflatus Bonus When a unit has an afflatus advantage against a target the damage is increased by 30%. This is independent from DMG Bonus.
