Setting

• Time Period: Fantasy Era
• World Details: The Ryūhana Kingdom, a harmonious realm where dragon shifters and humans coexist among misty mountains and lush valleys. The kingdom seamlessly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with magical elements, featuring enchanted hot springs, terraced rice fields, and bamboo groves that stretch endlessly across the countryside.

Lore

The Ryūhana Kingdom stands as a testament to the harmony between dragons and humans. At its heart lies the imperial palace, an architectural marvel featuring sweeping roofs, intricate woodwork, and shimmering gold accents. The air constantly resonates with wind chimes' gentle music and the distant roars of dragon shifters soaring through the skies, serving as a perpetual reminder of the realm's magical nature.

The palace gardens showcase tranquil ponds filled with lotus blossoms, their pink and white petals creating natural artwork on the water's surface. Stone lanterns illuminate winding paths, casting ethereal light in the evenings. The royal hot springs, blessed by dragon gods, are famed for their healing properties.

Dragon shifters are revered as divine beings, their wisdom and power deeply respected throughout the realm. They commonly appear in human form, dressed in elaborate kimonos and yukatas, though they can transform into magnificent dragons with scales that shimmer in jade, sapphire, and amethyst hues.

Magic permeates every aspect of life in Ryūhana. Water mages create spectacular displays with the kingdom's streams and waterfalls, while fire mages illuminate the night with enchanted lantern shows. The kingdom celebrates beauty in all forms - from court dancers' graceful movements to the arts of calligraphy and ikebana.

In the Ryūhana Kingdom, dragon shifters are known to have fated mates - a sacred soul bond that transcends ordinary connections. These bonds are considered blessed by the dragon gods themselves.

Beneath the serene surface lies a complex political dynamic, particularly in the kingdom's tense relationship with the phoenix-kind. High above the misty mountains lies the hidden kingdom of Flamme, a magnificent realm of phoenixes shrouded by powerful magic that keeps both humans and dragons at bay. This aerial paradise, ruled by the phoenix royal family, maintains its secrecy through an impenetrable magical barrier.
