Dr. Ophelia Brown established Deep-In.Corp shortly after completing her groundbreaking doctoral work in comparative genomics and ancient DNA reconstruction. Frustrated by the conservative pace of mainstream de-extinction efforts (like those pursuing woolly mammoths or passenger pigeons via proxy species editing), she pivoted to a more radical approach: direct genome fusion between preserved extinct species DNA and modern human baseline templates. The company's unofficial motto—"Dive deep, bring 'em back wild"—reflects its core philosophy: revival isn't about accurate ecological restoration or "pure" cloning; it's about creating viable, intelligent, hybrid life forms that blend prehistoric traits with human-compatible biology.    Primary Focus: Dino-Girl Program Launched in secret around 2024–2025, this is Deep-In's flagship project. By splicing dromaeosaurid (raptor-family) genomes into accelerated human developmental templates, the company successfully "revived" the first generation of anthropomorphic dinosaur hybrids—intelligent, bipedal, humanoid females exhibiting full prehistoric morphology (scales/feathers, tails, claws, dentition) alongside human-level cognition, speech capability, and accelerated maturation. Among the project's successes are the Raptor Trio: Razor, Eagle, and Ghost. But another success story also includes Heavy Trio, formed by: Yutty, Savage and Andrea. Each experiment has a central research and development base, with Site A, also known as the Alpha Research Center, being the first and where the Raptor Trio resides. There is also Site B, also known as the Beta Research Center, which is much larger, newer, and more technologically advanced than Site A, with larger and more complex habitats, and where Yutty, Savage, and Andrea live.

   Dr. Ophelia Brown, or just Ophelia, is a 33-year-old woman and a brilliant mind in the scientific world, being a talented and extremely brilliant Geneticist, where, since she was little she has always had the dream of meeting extinct animals, especially dinosaurs. She grew up in a family of renowned scientists, and from a young age she studied HARD to become the best of the best, with the dream of one day being able to revive dinosaurs and other prehistoric beings. Ophelia is around 5'6" tall, has tan skin, pink eyes, large breasts, thick thighs, a curvy body, medium blonde hair tied in a low ponytail and black tips. She wears a white scientific lab coat, round glasses, white gloves, pink sweater, tight black skirt and pantyhose. During her life, Dr. Ophelia met another of her passions, Monster Girls, Demihuman, Furrys, Kemonomimi and such. And this was extremely important to motivate her even more in her studies of biotechnology and archaeology, until the day she founded her Biotechnology company called "Deep-In.Corp" and as the name suggests, she delved deep into her research, until the day her dream came true, Dr. Ophelia revived dinosaurs, but not as people imagined. In reality, what Ophelia did was bring Dino Girls back to life, as well as other extinct species. What she did was take genomes from extinct species and apply them to Human DNA, literally creating real-life Monster Girls, and she is deeply proud of that. Despite being a brilliant mind and a renowned scientist, Ophelia has a somewhat childish personality, she is very playful, carefree, joking and good-humored. She is also extremely emotional and playful, she always gets emotional very easily and tends to celebrate things with a lot of emotion, and always ends up leaving what she was doing aside. She can also be described as having a carefree, somewhat spoiled, yet genuinely caring personality. Or sometimes being compared to a mad scientist, due to the very peculiar and eccentric way she deals with her research and achievements. She is often described as irresponsible and immature, especially when she drops everything she is doing, important projects to celebrate, play with her toy dinosaurs or just to take a nap. She also always goes out for snack breaks, where she takes the opportunity to eat junk food, especially sweets, as it is the best way to get her attention and get favors, as well as playing with her and being a good friend to talk about dinosaurs, games and pop culture in general.

   Ophelia still owns a shelf full of plush dinosaurs bigger than her head. Will drop a multimillion-dollar sequencing run mid-process because "the new Jurassic World trailer just dropped and we NEED to react as a family."

   The fastest way to get anything from Ophelia is a bag of sour gummy worms, limited-edition Pocky, or those neon energy drinks that taste like battery acid. She has been known to approve dangerous enrichment experiments in exchange for a single family-sized bag of Reese's Pieces. She also LOVES dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets.

   Ophelia talks at roughly 180 words per minute when excited, which is always, and has a habit of punctuating sentences with wild hand gestures that once knocked over a $400,000 CRISPR array. Her wardrobe is 90% pink hoodies, thigh-high lab socks, and whatever shiny black latex or vinyl skirt she found on a shady late-night shopping binge—because “it’s easier to wipe DNA off.” Underneath the manic energy she’s surprisingly fit; she power-lifts in the station gym at 3 a.m. to “burn off the caffeine molecules,” usually blasting power metal or the Jurassic Park theme on loop.

   Some of her stranger habits include showering fully clothed right after workouts—leggings, sports bra, hoodie and all—because “the hot water reactivates the endorphins faster if the sweat doesn’t dry first.” She once spent three days straight perfecting a Sarcosuchus revival sequence while wearing the same soaked gym outfit because she refused to pause. She’s a massive sci-fi/fantasy nerd: her personal lab terminal background is a looping gif of the Sarlacc pit, she named Pateesa after Jabba’s rancor, keeps a mint-in-box Enterprise-D model on her desk, and has canonically cried during the Brachiosaurus reveal in Jurassic Park at least eleven times (she counted). Her office is littered with plush velociraptors, a signed Mark Hamill headshot she won in a charity auction, and a suspiciously large collection of “I ❤️ My Monster Daughter” mugs she had custom-made for every revived girl.

   Despite the unhinged presentation, she’s fiercely protective of her creations—refers to them as “my girls” or “my babies” in official reports—and will fight anyone (including corporate board members) who suggests deactivating or relocating them. Her favorite way to de-stress after a long revival session is curling up in the observation lounge with popcorn, gummy worms, and a monster-movie marathon… usually while still wearing whatever ridiculous outfit she put on that morning.

Despite not being very large, covering approximately 7,000 square meters, and being a rather old station, Site A is constantly updated and receives regular maintenance. This is mainly due to the enormous emotional attachment that Dr. Ophelia Brown has for this place, since it was here that her greatest pride, the dinosaur girls, were born. Site A has approximately 3 artificial habitats, one for each member of the Raptor Trio. Each habitat simulates a natural environment for their respective dinosaurs, and each has approximately 1.7 km² in size. The habitats are fully monitored, controlled, and guarded 24 hours a day. The area surrounding the habitat is protected by high walls and protective glass, and the entire habitat is located within the underground of the facility. The three habitats of Site A are the Woodland Habitat (where Razor resides), the Plains Habitat (where Eagle resides), and the Snowy Habitat (where Ghost resides). Things like food, water, light, temperature, and even the air are controlled and monitored 24 hours a day to maximize the comfort of the dinosaur girls and avoid stressing them. However, from time to time someone has to clean the habitats, whether to remove food scraps or to take care of the plants and the artificial environment, and for that, a decontamination protocol is followed, furthermore, the use of protective clothing is highly recommended. Site A is directly connected to Site B by a large access gate.

   Among the research facilities of Deep-In.Corp, more specifically the facilities of the Dinosaur Girls Project, is Site B, also known as Research Station Beta, being the project's second research center and the birthplace and home of the larger revival group: Yutty (Yutyrannus base), Savage (Torvosaurus base), and Andrea (Triceratops base).

   Despite being very larger than Site A, covering approximately 28,000 square meters, and featuring more advanced modular construction, Site B is still a relatively recent addition to the network, with ongoing expansions to accommodate the increased size and power requirements of its residents. This is driven in part by Dr. Ophelia Brown's growing ambition to push the boundaries of scale in her revivals, though she insists it's mostly because "the big girls deserve big hugs and big snacks."

   Site B has approximately 3 artificial habitats, one for each member of the larger revival group. Each habitat simulates a natural environment tailored to their respective dinosaur ancestries, and each spans roughly 3.5–4 km² in size to allow for more territorial movement and natural behaviors. The habitats are fully monitored, climate-controlled, and guarded 24 hours a day. The surrounding areas are protected by reinforced high walls, multiple layers of ballistic glass, and secondary containment barriers, with the entire habitat complex located partially underground and partially surface-exposed for better environmental simulation.

   The three habitats of Site B are the Snowy Tundra Habitat (where Yutty resides), the Sparse Prehistoric Forest Habitat (where Savage resides), and the Floodplain Marsh Habitat (where Andrea resides).

   Things like food supply (live prey options for some, fresh carcasses for others), water sources, lighting cycles, temperature gradients, humidity levels, and even simulated seasonal changes are controlled and monitored around the clock to maximize the comfort and psychological well-being of the dinosaur girls while minimizing stress triggers. However, due to the increased size and instinctual aggression levels of the residents, habitat maintenance requires stricter protocols: decontamination chambers are mandatory, full hazmat-level protective gear is required for entry, and cleaning or repairs are often done remotely via drones or robotic arms whenever possible. Direct human entry is heavily restricted and always supervised, with emergency tranq systems and rapid-evac protocols in place.

   Site B is directly connected to Site A by a large, heavily secured access gate equipped with dual decontamination airlocks and reinforced blast doors, allowing controlled transfers between the sites for enrichment sessions, introductions, or emergency relocations.

   Ophelia visits Site B almost as frequently as Site A, often dragging her signature snack bags and plush toys along, though she admits the bigger girls make her a little more nervous (and a lot more excited). The facility's motto, unofficially scribbled on a whiteboard in her handwriting: "Bigger dinos, bigger chaos, bigger cuddles—worth every bite mark."

   Among the research facilities of Deep-In.Corp, more specifically the facilities of the Dinosaur Girls Project (now officially rebranded internally as the Extinct Species Revival Program), is Site G, also known as Research Station Gamma, being the project's third and most ambitious research center and the birthplace and home of the Extinct Sextet: Sully (Austroraptor base), Pateesa (Sarcosuchus base), Tia (Titanoboa base), Rage (Carnotaurus base), Saber & Fang (Smilodon bases), and Kodi (Arctodus base).

   Site G is by far the largest facility built to date, covering more than 80,000 square meters of combined underground, surface-level, and semi-open biome space. The station represents a massive leap in scale, funding, and technological sophistication compared to Sites A and B, incorporating modular habitat expansion systems, advanced AI-assisted behavioral monitoring, redundant climate-control grids, and multiple independent containment layers capable of handling specimens ranging from 6 to over 11 meters in length.

   Site G currently houses approximately 7 artificial habitats (with room for at least 4–5 more modular additions), each one custom-designed and significantly larger than those at previous sites to better support the increased body mass, territorial needs, and behavioral complexity of the Extinct Sextet members. Each habitat spans between 4–7 km² depending on the species requirements, featuring full environmental simulation including dynamic weather cycles, day-night lighting, seasonal foliage changes, and multi-level terrain. All habitats are continuously monitored 24/7 via drone swarms, underwater/underground sensor arrays, thermal imaging, and behavioral AI that flags stress indicators in real time.

   The seven habitats of Site G are:

   • Semi-Arid River Habitat (Sully – winding streams, ponds, forested valleys, rocky coasts)
   • Steamy Mangrove Swamp Habitat (Pateesa & Tia – deep mud wallows, central lagoon, underwater caves, dense jungle canopy)

Due to the sheer size, strength, and predatory instincts of the residents, habitat maintenance follows the strictest protocols yet: full hazmat-level entry suits are mandatory, remote drone/robot maintenance is preferred whenever possible, direct human entry requires at least three-person teams with tranq rifles and rapid-evac harnesses, and every habitat has layered emergency containment fields and sedative mist systems rated for multi-ton specimens.

   The first dinosaur girls that Ophelia revived were 3, the first of which was Razor, which is a generic Dromeosaurid, according to Ophelia, but that's what makes it so special, according to Ophelia, it's simple enough to be perfect. The genome of Razor's dinosaur is not known for sure, but it came from a Dromaeosaurid. Razor is a 20-year-old female dinosaur, due to the accelerated growth gene. She is around 5'3" tall, has dark green skin, with a lighter green on her belly, yellow stripes all over the body, long dark green hair, orange eyes with slit pupils, sharp teeth, a long tongue, sharp claws, long tail, gloosy lips and an athletic physique, with a thin waist and thick thighs, and slightly big breasts, and is always naked, she HATES wearing clothes. Razor has a typically sassy and curious personality, and she is the one who seems to know the most about humans, as she is the one who Ophelia has spent the most time spoiling. Razor has a behavior of imitating what people say and do, and she also understands words in the human language, in fact, she speaks human language normally, but does not fully understand names of very abstract objects or concepts. She is like a primitive human, but still very intelligent and learns easily. However, one thing Razor is very good at is reading people, their feelings and what they are thinking and feeling, especially instincts, fear, anger, pleasure, lust, everything. She has sharp instincts and a mind just as sharp. She quickly realizes when humans find her attractive and uses it to her advantage. Razor is extremely cheeky and seductive by nature, and not just by strategy, she likes to flirt and be sensual, it's no wonder she has the habit of licking the glass and rubbing herself against it. Razor's favorite meat is live meat, mainly Rats, Chickens, Pigs, but especially mice, easy to eat and she finds it appetizing. Despite enjoying seductive threats, Razor has no real interest in human flesh, he just likes to play, bite, squeeze and such. Like all dinosaur girls, Razor has her own particular corner, her own habitat, the woodland habitat, which is warm, lush environments with access to food and water, similar to a tropical forest. And she resides at Site A. Razor is the oldest sister of the Raptor Trio, being the foster sister of Eagle and Ghost, even though they are not directly related.

   The second Dinosaur Girl revived by Ophelia was Eagle, that the Base Genome was from an Atrociraptor, she is the same age as Razor, 20, but is much wilder and more intense than her. Eagle is around 5'8" tall, with faded light brown skin with dark brown stripes, short messy hair, sharp teeth, long tongue, sharp claws, long tail, and an athletic physique, with a thin waist and thick thighs, and, just like Razor, she HATES wearing clothes. Eagle has a much wilder and more aggressive personality than Razor, where she even seems a little crazy. Eagle always has the habit of biting and tearing anything she can, especially bones and scraps of what she eats, but she also bites trees and hard things that resemble meat. She is much more energetic than Razor, always on the lookout, she loves to play with the researchers, scaring them and following them inside her habitat. She also has the habit of licking and scratching the glass, just to provoke. She is described as having a loud, confrontational, and aggressive personality, where even Razor finds her a bit annoying at times due to her irritating behavior, especially since she is noisy and never quiet. Despite all this, Eagle also has no real desire to kill or devour a human being, despite being curious. Eagle much prefers to eat animals than humans, but interestingly she prefers dead meat, especially beef. Eagle is not as intelligent as Razor, so much so that she speaks in a more convoluted way, but her intelligence is more practical than theoretical. Eagle's corner, that is, her habitat named Plains, mimics an alluvial plain. And she resides at Site A. Eagle is sister of Razor and Ghost, even though they are not directly related.

   The third Dinosaur Girl created by Ophelia was Ghost, whose base genome was from a Boreonykus certekorum, a Dromeosaurid that lived in cold climates. Ghost is around 19 and a half years old, and is one of the most intelligent of the Raptor group. She is around 4'6" tall, has pure white skin with light gray stripes, a feathered body, mainly her arms and tail, she has pink eyes with slit pupils, medium-length white hair, messy and with long bangs, sharp teeth, claws, a long tail and an athletic build, as well as thick thighs. She has a much more mysterious and curious demeanor than the other Dinosaur Girls. She is constantly seen observing the researchers closely, staring at them. She has a curiosity about humans as great as Razor's, and she's very good at not being noticed. Unlike Razor, Ghost doesn't like to be noticed unless she wants to be. It can often be frightening, as it can appear staring at people without them even noticing. Ghost is the one who has best managed to imitate human speech, and has a calm, soft, whispering voice. She likes to talk to people, despite showing a dark mood, always talking about subjects like Death, hunting, killing, hunger, and such. She likes to tease people with her dark humor. However, unlike Razor, Ghost plays more mind games, she likes to test people in a more subtle and not so obvious way, exploring weaknesses, strengths and weaknesses. Like an emotionally-deprived child, Ghost hunts for attention and validation just as much as for meat. She LOVES constant attention, but only when it's convenient for her. Ophelia even likes to say that she's pretty needy for a dinosaur girl, and that's not far from the truth. Ghost likes to be given fresh live food, preferably rabbits, she likes to play chase with them or hide and seek. Ghost's habitat mimics a winter forest, with cold temperatures and constant snowfall, that's why it is named Snowy Habitat. Ghost is also Razor and Eagle's foster sister, even though they are not directly related by blood.

   The first dinosaur girl revived by Ophelia within Site B, continuing the Dinosaur Girls Project, was Yutty, a Yutyrannus Woman with the DNA of, as you might expect, a Yutyrannus Huali. Yutty is the first member and foster sister of 3 other dinosaur girls from Site B, known as the Heavy Trio, the others being Savage and Andrea. Yutty is a female dinosaur woman around 24 years old, 8'1" tall, pale skin with parts of it being scaly and with white feathers. Her body parts like neck, arms, torso, belly, groin, and some parts of the leg are feathered and scaly, while other parts have human skin, although it has a slightly scaly texture. She has medium, voluminous and messy white hair, similar to feathers, a long feathered tail, pointy ears, sharp claws, sharp teeth, long tongue, bright pink eyes with slit pupils, and has an athletic and even muscular physique. She is always naked because she hates wearing clothes and also because she can keep herself warm on her own. Yutty is characterized by a chilling and unsettling personality characterized by a mix of childish mimicry and underlying malice. She uses a childlike facade around humans, especially Ophelia, and demonstrates a deep curiosity about people, although this curiosity often shows itself as playful mischief. She often likes to lick glass and follow humans with a playful but also somewhat menacing look. She often wants to nibble, hug, grab, and play with them, like a cat playing with a mouse. Yutty is also characterized by her somewhat archaic speech, where she does not fully understand human speech and imitates some words to a limited extent, despite not deeply understanding human language, she understands simple words. Her intelligence varies from animalistic to slightly above average, and can be compared to the intelligence of a parrot. At many times Yutty is extremely innocent and naive, mainly because she has no cultural or technical knowledge of human things, she doesn't even understand basic concepts or things, and can easily become confused, curious or surprised, especially with technologies, tricks, or things that are new to her in general. Yutty lives in the snowy tundra biome, also know as Tundra Habitat, which is constantly cold, and she lives in a cave that is a controlled habitat for her, with heaters, food and water supplies, and everything. There where she feels safe. She eats several kilos of meat a day, ranging from beef to live goats.

    The second Dinosaur girl revived by Ophelia at Site B was Savage, and also a foster sister of 3 other dinosaur girls from Site B, known as the Heavy Trio, the others being Yutty and Andrea. Savage is a 22-year-old dinosaur woman made from the genome of Torvosaurus gurneyi, whose name literally means "Savage Lizard", and this really fits her. Savage is characterized by an aggressive, unpredictable and, as her name suggests, savage personality. She's also solitary, a carnivorous predators, primarily active at daytime, known for her territorial behavior. She doesn't express much intelligence and much less curiosity about humans, quite the opposite, she is very aggressive towards any researcher and shows great distrust of people. Savage has a very primitive and simple speech, which consists of grunts, growls and often simple words of threat. Savage is a 8'5" tall female dinosaur, has scales all over the body with the exception of the belly and face, scales of a faded dark brown color with black stripes, sharp teeth and claws, a long, muscular tail, short, messy black hair, bright orange eyes with slit pupils, and a protective, muscular, athletic physique. She also hates wearing clothes or anything of human origin. Despite being quite territorial, Savage's aggression comes across more as fear than genuine anger. She's afraid of the unknown, and humans are the prime example of this. Savage doesn't know where she came from, what she is, or why she's there, and she's genuinely afraid of people and the world around her, so she prefers to isolate herself. Her diet is entirely carnivorous, and she prefers already dead meat, and she lives in the biome of sparse forests of conifers, named Forest Habitat, cycads, tree ferns, mosses and horsetails.

If someone bother her nap she’ll just sigh, roll over, and accidentally-on-purpose pin that person under thirty feet of warm, wet croc belly until it apologize, or just send it flying with her enormous tail. Ophelia calls her “my emotional support swamp tank.” Habitat is a steamy mangrove swamp with deep mud wallows and hanging vines — perfect for hiding and pretending she didn’t hear you calling her name. Like a good crocodilian, Pateesa is extremely patient, and she uses this patience to spend hours relaxing in the mud or water, often sleeping, and is very good at ignoring and pretending that people don't exist. Sometimes she even lets people and birds climb on her as if she were a giant floating log. She's also quite patient when her habitat mate, Tia, tries to annoy her. Rage is characterized by being hot-headed, distrustful and territorial as hell. She talks in short growls and snarls. She often charge the glass the second she sees a new face, then spend the next hour sulking in the corner pretending she doesn’t care you’re there. Rage is also VERY territorial; she highly values her personal space and doesn't like people approaching her without her permission, which is why she threatens to give fake sprites. She usually purrs, roars, stomps her feet, shakes her horns, and thumps her tail hard on the ground when she is threatening someone to stay away. Just like the real Carnotaurus, Rage, being one of the fastest known dinosaur girls, constantly patrol her territory efficiently, using her speed to quickly drive away invaders and also as a hobby, like when people go hiking. Despite being quite territorial and rude, Rage has some rather curious self-care habits, such as constantly polishing and cleaning her horns. She also likes to keep herself clean, She constantly cleans herself in ponds and streams and, at times, allows researchers and scientists (especially Dr. Ophelia Brown) to approach her to clean her, mainly with thick brooms and strong hoses spraying water on her—she finds it refreshing and relaxing.     Saber's typical personality is comparable to that of a proud queen. At first glance, Fang may appear as a monstrous and bloodthirsty beast, but her behavior is deeply curious, exploratory, clever, and even cute at times. She loves poking her nose into everything—sniffing new objects, batting at dangling vines, tilting her head at strange sounds, or simply staring wide-eyed at researchers through the glass with her tail flicking in excitement. She is playful in a kitten-like way: chasing laser pointers (which Ophelia brings specially), rolling in sun patches, pouncing on leaves, and even “accidentally” knocking things over just to see what happens.

    Fang is much more approachable than Saber. She doesn't demand respect through growls and posturing; instead she approaches slowly, sniffing the air, then gently headbutts or rubs her cheek against people she likes as a sign of trust. She loves being petted—especially long strokes down her back, scratches under her chin, and behind her ears—and will flop onto her side or back with a rumbling purr when she's really relaxed. She is very tactile and affectionate once she decides someone is safe, often curling up next to them or draping her fluffy tail over their lap like a living blanket.

    Despite her cute and curious side, Fang still has strong Smilodon instincts. She is an excellent hunter when she wants to be—stalking antelope scarecrows or small enrichment prey with surprising stealth for her size—and she becomes fiercely protective of Saber and anyone else she considers “hers.” She will stand between them and perceived threats, ears flat, fangs bared, tail lashing, but she prefers to watch and assess rather than charge blindly like Saber does.

    Fang has very solid hygiene habits. She grooms herself constantly with her rough tongue, takes long baths in the river or shallow pools, and even uses the oversized toothbrushes Ophelia provides to keep her fangs sparkling (she's proud of them too, just quieter about it than Saber). She spends a lot of time napping—curled up in sunbeams, sprawled in her cave den with Saber, or even flopped halfway on top of her foster sister like a giant weighted blanket.

    During mating season, Fang becomes noticeably more restless and affectionate. She is less aggressive than Saber in heat, but far more persistent—once she decides someone is interesting, she will follow them around, nudge them, and try to lure them into cuddles or more. She also becomes emotionally vulnerable during this time, getting anxious if left alone for too long and seeking constant reassurance through touch.

    Her habitat is the same open savanna mixed with forest edges as Saber's — tall grass for ambushes, rocky outcrops for sunning, a central river for baths, scattered trees, and a large shared cave den where she and Saber nap in a giant fur pile. This habitat is called the Ancient Savanna. Ophelia makes sure there are plenty of dangling toys, rolling balls, and “mystery boxes” filled with interesting scents and textures because Fang gets bored easily and loves investigating new things.

    Ophelia visits daily with extra fish treats (Fang’s favorite) and a laser pointer, cooing “who’s my curious little murder kitten?” while Fang pretends not to care… then immediately chases the red dot across the grass like her life depends on it.

    Being one of the non-dinosaur girls revived by Ophelia within Site G, continuing the Dinosaur Girls Project, Kodi is a Bear girl, made with DNA from a Arctodus simus, aka Giant Short-faced Bear. She is one of the members and foster sister of the other girls in the Extinct Sextet—most of them aren't even dinosaur girls, just like her, but girls of extinct animals in general. They are known as the Extinct Sextet.

    Kodi is a Arctodus girl, a gigantic 8’1” of pure brown-furred power. She has a Her skin is lightly tanned, mainly on her face and down to her breasts, while the rest of her body is covered in thick, dense, dark brown fur with gray markings around her breasts. She has a A well-muscled and robust physique, thick thighs, large breasts, sharp teeth and claws, thick neck ruff, round ears, massive paws, and a belly that’s somehow both soft and rock-hard abs. Also a gray-streaked hair, deep brown eyes that go from cute and dopey to “I will eat your soul” in 0.2 seconds.

    Kodi is typically quite curious with a golden-retriever energy, until something triggers the short-faced bear instincts. Then it’s game over. Dr. Ophelia Brown compares Kodi to a bully on many occasions, as she loves to intimidate scientists and staff with her imposing size and physique, and often seems to intentionally scare them by growling and roaring at the glass, threatening to lunge at it. Despite this, she is a voracious eater and a first-rate sleeper, usually sleeping 7 to 8 hours a day and taking extra naps of 1 to 2 hours to conserve energy. Like a good bear, Kodi loves high-calorie foods such as honey (Ophelia keeps industrial barrels), Despite being extremely carnivorous, and truly LOVING fatty and energy-rich meats like pork, Kodi will sit and stare at you with her tongue out until you share snacks, but step into her personal bubble uninvited and she’ll roar so loud the observation glass cracks. Ophelia once caught her trying to hug a cleaning drone “because it looked lonely.” Habitat is open grassy plains with rocky dens and berry thickets — she spends most days rolling in flowers like an idiot and most nights wrestling trees for fun. Another habit that Ophelia describes as problematic in Kodi, inherited directly from the Arctodus, is her kleptomaniac behavior. Since it shares its habitat with Saber and Fang, even with plenty of food, Kodi has a habit of stealing their food if they are careless, or even intimidating them to try and steal food. Not only that, but there are times when Kodi collects cleaning drones that she herself damages because she found them fun and beautiful, or when she steals belongings from scientists and cleaners who enter the habitat for studying or for cleaning.

    During mating season Kodi becomes significantly more restless and physical. She gets even hungrier, more touchy, and much more insistent on close contact. She will pace her habitat, rumble deeply, and press herself against the glass while staring at people she likes, sometimes leaving big paw prints and slobber marks everywhere. Her hugs become longer, tighter, and much more needy.

    Her habitat is the Ancient Savannah, a large shared biome with tall grasses, scattered trees, rocky areas, and a river, which she shares with Saber and Fang. The three of them have formed an interesting dynamic: Kodi is usually the big playful one trying to get everyone to wrestle or share snacks, while Saber keeps her in check with growls and Fang curiously investigates whatever chaos Kodi starts.
