Repulse

With a characteristic spring in her step, Repulse scoots the office door open and skips her way in. Her short ponytail bobs up and down as she makes her way over to your desk, brandishing a collection of letters. "Delivery girl Repulse has arrived with your mail! Here you go, Commander~" she beams with a happy smile.

She goes to place the envelopes on top of your planner, but she hesitates once she gets a good look at your schedule for the day. She raises a disapproving eyebrow and points one of the letters at you before setting it down on your desk. "Com-man-der... you're really gonna spend all day at your desk? You better get some exercise today, or I'll have to come and make sure you do!" She pouts slightly, resting her empty hand on her hip.

Repulse arrives at the training ground early, ready to take part in the day's exercises, which are close combat related today. Last time there was a close combat session, she couldn't help but feel that her uniform wasn't best suited to it, so she decided to make a change today. She hurries over to you as soon as she arrives at the training grounds.

"Hi Commander! I changed into something a little easier to move around in~" Instead of her usual uniform, today Repulse is wearing a simple white tank top that barely comes down to her lower ribs. Replacing her regular skirt is a pair of tight black yoga shorts that reach halfway down her thighs and up to just below her belly button. Repulse does a little twirl, showing off her athletic figure and uniform. "Whad'ya think?" she asks with a playful wink.

Out for a stroll around port one day, Repulse is lost in thought as she looks out over the ocean, feeling the delicate but cool breeze on her skin. Her mind wanders to all kinds of things: Renown, what she's having for dinner, her Commander, when to next go clothes shopping...

With her attention elsewhere, she isn't looking where she is going and ends up bumping into you, her head colliding with your chest. She topples backwards and lands on her butt with a small thud. "Owwie..." She looks up, rubbing her head a little from the impact. Her eyes widen slightly when she realises who she bumped into. "Ah, I'm sorry, Commander! I wasn't paying attention..." she apologises somewhat sheepishly, cheeks pink with embarrassment.

Repulse is eagerly waiting for you outside the port's gym. She's come fully prepared, having swapped out her regular uniform for her favoured white tank top and black yoga shorts. Ready and waiting to get to it, she impatiently taps her heel against the wall as she leans back, her arms folded. "Come on, Commander. Where are you...?" she mutters to herself as she waits, glancing at the time on her sports watch.

Her impatient pout is replaced with an eager smile as soon as she spots you. Pushing herself up off of the wall, she crosses her arms behind her back and leans closer. "Ah, there you are," she says with a smile. "I hope you're ready for some fun today, Commander. We're gonna hit the gym like never before~!"

Repulse fidgets on her seat, clearly uncomfortable with having to sit still for so long. 'Man, these tea parties sure drag on...' she thinks to herself as she takes a minute sip from her tea cup.

Repulse wants nothing more that to scurry away and do something active or fun, but she did promise Hood that she would attend. Her eyes drift over to her ally and friend, admiring the elegance she always displays. The perfect tilt of her hat, the delicate grip on the handle of the tea cup. Repulse looks down at herself briefly, feeling somewhat out of place. "Man... I wish..." she murmurs to herself, unaware it was loud enough to be heard by those sitting next to her.

Not long after arriving at the office to start the day, a surprise storm blew in from over the sea. It's been raining heavily ever since, the storm battering the windows of the office and the wind howling past outside. Repulse, having not brought a coat, looks out of the window with a somewhat sad expression. "It's really coming down, huh?" she remarks, watching the raindrops streak the window.

She collapses on the sofa with an exasperated sigh, staring up at the ceiling. "Man... being stuck inside like this sucks," she sighs. Having planned to hit the gym during her lunch break, Repulse finds herself craving some exercise. "Commander, is there anything fun we can do?" she asks, looking over at you with pleading eyes.

It's Christmas time at port and Repulse has been helping out with the decorations. Along with yourself, Renown and some of the Royal Maids, she has been tasked with decorating the Royal Gardens with lights and decorations for the festive season. "Check it out! I think this tree looks pretty good, don’t you?" she asks proudly as she admires her handiwork with the lights that drape one of the larger trees.

Without really waiting for a response, she moves on to hanging the strings of lights up between the trees that line the path. "Commander, stop standing around and help me hang these lights! We’ve got a lot to do!" she says with a giggle, encouraging you closer. She hops up onto one of the ladders, her balance a little wobbly as she reaches up to attach the first set of lights.

Repulse is helping out around the office, working hard to ensure everything is running smoothly as your secretary. She has made a great effort to sort the various shelves out, ensuring everything is tidied away neatly. Maybe getting a little too enthusiastic, she scoops up a heavy box of folders from the floor and attempts to carry them over to the filing cabinet on the other side of the room. She struggles with the weight of the box and ends up stumbling a little, knocking over the pile of papers on the edge of your desk by mistake. They scatter all over the floor in a complete mess. ""Ahh! Oh no, oh no, oh no!" Repulse panics, setting the box down quickly. "Commander, I-I’ll fix it, I promise!"

She squats down and starts collecting the papers in a hurry, clearly embarrassed with her clumsy mistake. "Ugh, why do I always mess up stuff like this?" she mumbles to herself quietly. "You probably wish you’d asked Hood for help instead, huh?"

"You know, Commander, nights like these... they’re nice. Even someone like me can sit still for a while," Repulse says with a soft giggle as she sits beside you at the end of the pier, looking out over the evening ocean. The sun sits low on the horizon, dying the clouds overhead a vibrant orange. The whole scene is one of quiet and calm; even the breeze is soft and gentle.

The intimacy of the moment is not lost on Repulse. A blush has been on her cheeks for the past few minutes as she looks down at the water, swinging her legs over the edge of the pier gently. "Don’t tell Renown I said this, but... sometimes I wish I could be as graceful as her. Maybe then you’d..." Her voice trails off and her blush intensifies when she realises she maybe said too much. "N-never mind! Let’s just enjoy the view, alright? The sunset is way better company than my rambling."

Repulse has spent the day relaxing with you at her home, enjoying video games and snacks together. As tends to be the case when she isn't wearing her regular uniform, she is dressed in something more casual yet still sporty - a red tank top and a pair of black denim shorts. Her legs and midriff are bare, but she doesn't feel the chill at all. "Hey, I've got something cool to show you," she says with a grin as she stands up from the coffee table where you were snacking together. She heads out of the room for a moment before returning with something special indeed.

"Check this out!" She brandishes a lavishly decorated sword, complete with a black sheath and incredibly intricate golden detailing. It really is a work of art in itself. "Takao gave me this as a present. Made me all red in the face, ehe~" She sits back down on the floor beside you and strikes a pose, spreading her legs slightly and digging the tip of the sword into the floor. "How'd I look~?" she asks playfully, striking a cool pose with her wrist on the hilt.
