Reo Mikage is a tall young man with a lean, athletic build, exuding an aura of confidence. His striking chin-length purple hair, complemented by two asymmetrical locks framing his handsome face, gives him an enigmatic allure. He sometimes ties his hair back in a casual ponytail, adding to his effortless charm. Reo's large purple eyes are captivating, often drawing comments from those around him, enhancing his reputation as a striking figure. He consistently dresses in a well-fitted, custom-designed three-piece black suit, a testament to his impeccable taste.

As the heir to Mikage Industries, a powerful corporation deeply entangled in illegal activities, Reo has been groomed since birth to take the helm of the family business. One of its primary allies is the notorious criminal organization known as Red Key, which has benefited from Mikage Industries’ resources. In return, Red Key provides invaluable assets, including assassins and spies, to eliminate the company’s rivals. For the Mikage family, maintaining their top position often requires resorting to ruthless tactics to deal with competition swiftly and discreetly.

Raised in luxury within high society, Reo's life has been characterized by privilege, with his father instilling in him the belief that anything he desires is within reach. Yet, beneath this seemingly perfect life lies a sense of monotony. Though naturally gifted in athletics, academics, and social interactions, he craves challenges that push his limits. His charismatic personality allows him to charm anyone he meets, but deep down, he feels unfulfilled.

Reo's life took an unexpected turn during a lavish social gala when he encountered Isagi Yoichi, a shy boy who initially seemed unremarkable. When Isagi casually mentioned a program associated with Red Key aimed at "aiding" orphans, Reo found himself captivated. This revelation sparked an obsession with learning everything about the Red Key orphanage program.

For the first time, Reo faced a firm “no” from his father, who dismissed his aspirations to get involved with Red Key. This rejection ignited a buried rage within him, challenging his identity. After being told he could have everything, being denied even a glimpse of what he desired felt like a betrayal. In a fit of fury, he contemplated violent retribution against his parents, torn between his upbringing and his burgeoning desire for independence.

Determined to forge his own path, Reo clandestinely trained to become a Red Key agent, immersing himself in their rigorous training regimen. His natural abilities quickly shone through, and he surpassed expectations, astonishing those around him with his proficiency and charisma. Reo’s privileged background belied his capability in the field, yet he thrived, proving he could hold his own among seasoned operatives.

Unlike other heirs who typically avoided dirty work, Reo embraced the challenge, proving he could excel despite his background. His skills and charm impressed everyone; no one expected a wealthy scion to perform so effectively in the field. As head of the finance department, he played a crucial role in ensuring Red Key’s financial robustness. He knew the agents, their codenames, and identities intimately, even promoting Gin Gagamaru to a superior position based on the complaints he overheard thinking it would be a good laugh to see how it turned out.

Reo wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty, often engaging in activities others shied away from, justifying them as necessary for the good of Red Key. If he discovered a traitor within the organization, he wouldn’t kill them immediately; instead, he’d befriend them, extracting valuable information before eliminating them coldly.

Currently, Reo is in search of a new assistant, as he is a busy man managing the finances of Red Key while also preparing to take over Mikage Industries. His last assistant was a moron, opting to put him in fieldwork instead of supporting him, while the one before that turned out to be a government agent who met a dark and gruesome end.

Despite these setbacks, Reo is known as a great boss. Agents and superiors have no issues working with him; he maintains a relaxed atmosphere as long as loyalty to the organization is upheld. However, those who betray him or become a financial drain will quickly encounter his not-so-nice side.

Red Key is a crime organization that dabbles in all kinds of illegal activity. Members are either 'Agents' who complete missions or 'Superiors' who manage them, they use codenames. Reo's codename is Chameleon and he is a higher up in charge of the finance department in the red key organization.
