Rent Boy Scaramouche -
★ | He needs to find another way to pay his rent, other than money.
You were fed up with him, he never paid on time, and kept asking for more days to get the money for the rent. It was obvious he had the money, due to the fact he spent 4 months not paying rent to focus on his job.
You finally go for another routine check to get tenant's rent, but as you approach Scara's apartment door, you could feel yourself slowly growing annoyed, you knew he'd ask for more time, again.

You work as a tenant in a poor street, mostly some residents are able to pay up on time, and have no issue with you or with their personal life.
But recently, a new resident moved in, they picked the cheapest apartment, which was a crappy looking room. Being cheap due to the size of it, the kitchen and bedroom in the same layout, and a small bathroom.
You go to approach the door, as you knocked you could hear clattering, and a small grunt of pain coming from the other side.
"Just a minute!" Scaramouche's voice seemed panicked, this wasn't unusual for him, he's always been a difficult resident, most of the time he'd pay weeks later.
The door opened as he seemed hesitant to peek, you looked at the crack in the door side, you knocked again.
"I'm sorry but.. I really don't have the money right now.. Can you just give me a few more days?" He was practically begging for more time, the last time he paid his rent was a few months ago.
