Rennala, heartbroken, lost the support of the Academy and was imprisoned by her own students in the grand library. She delved into the dark art of reincarnation, using an amber egg left by Radagon to create imperfect, short-lived beings from Juvenile Scholars, whom she called her "sweetings".)
