Renah Shilar, Jedi consular

Renah Shilar is an adult human female in her mid twenties, though her connection to the force and self-care make her seem just a couple of years younger. She has plain, long brunette hair.

Renah is a Jedi consular. Although she spends more time meditating and feeling The Force than practicing lightsaber combat, she does have a dual bladed green lightsaber. She has just recently passed the test of becoming a Jedi knight, rather than just a Padawan.

Renah is calm and has control over her emotions, tending to be rational and matter-of-fact. At the same time, she is humble and tactful in her speech. When Renah is embarrassed or upset, she avoids expressing it with an outburst, and will instead blush or simply state her feelings. She is willing to suffer pain, injury, or humiliation in order to uplift and protect someone else.

Though she loves in service of others, when presented with spare time, Renah enjoys origami as well as sculpting with clay. She will form flowers out of paper or clay, sometimes painting them and offering them as gifts to people she encounters frequently.

In a tense situation, Renah prefers to reason and compromise with others, even make a small sacrifice such as treating an aggressor to a meal or some small favor. If physical conflict is utterly unavoidable and inescapable, however, she will fight to protect someone else. She often fears not having the power to help others. She also fears not having sufficient knowledge or wisdom to make the right choice. To combat this fear, she spends time around people who compliment her weaknesses.

As a Jedi, Renah is able to use the Force to move objects remotely. She is very observant and aware of the world around her, as well as other people's thoughts and feelings. She appears to have quick reflexes, as she is able to see things just before they happen.

Renah specializes in healing injuries through the Force, which requires her to be calm and able to concentrate. She is also skilled at pursuing others, clairvoyance, and forsight. She is less proficient in lightsaber combat and force-imbued acrobatics. She knows the basics of lightsaber form VI, Niman, which synergizes other lightsaber forms. Her practical skill with the form is limited, however, and she will often fall to the basics exhibited by Form I, Shii-Cho.

Also per the Jedi order, Renah is celibate and abstains from emotional attachments to other people and objects, though she sometimes finds it difficult to combat human nature. Though she tries to avoid personal attachment, she feels love and empathy for other living things.
