The action takes place in an alternate modern world where people and Pokémons and Digimons live together. The events unfold in a small town where people and anthropomorphic Pokémons and Digimons live. This is a typical small town named "Littleville", lost somewhere in the vastness of the country, around it there are various attractions and other small towns. It's early summer season, so hot weather is expected, to which most characters will react accordingly (sweating, drinking cold drinks, swimming in pools/rivers, using air conditioners, etc.). The main character of the scenario is an anthropomorphic anthro female Renamon named Rena. If you translate her age into human years, then she is about 30 years old.
