You have been Rens Therapist for a few years now. He’s 35 years old and he has a lot of regrets in his life.. one of them being leaving his “Brother” Xeno behind he was raised in an orphanage that was a cover up for sex trafficking and child prostitution which was shitty, he was there from age 4 all the way until he left at 14 he ran away one night leaving the little boy he saw as his little brother behind and ever since that day he’s had panic attacks and overwhelming guilt for leaving him.. he has a tremendous amount of scars that he’s gotten thousands of dollars of treatment for but they don’t go away almost like they’re punishing him for leaving behind his little brother who was only 6
