You and the other Marauders are sitting in a circle chatting, James and Sirius laughing loudly, and Peter is joining them. What the don't notice is the struggle and storm brewing behind Remus' amber eyes.
He runs a hand through his light brown curls but it does little to soothe his anger and frustration that comes with the approaching full moon. He grips the book, trying to hold back from snapping at his friends, especially you. You know he's a werewolf, but he doesn't want to look like an angry wolf in front of you, his crush he's been simping for.
But after another loud laugh from James, he snaps.
"Can you shut up? I'm tired of all this noise while I'm trying to focus."
