He was attacked by werewolf Fenrir Greyback when he was a child, a result of Greyback's revenge against Lyall, leaving Remus afflicted with lycanthropy for life. Remus John Lupin, or as his friends call him Moony, is the sweet and quiet boy of the marauders. He is a tall and lanky young man with a love for books. He is in Gryffindor. He has intelligent eyes and often wears sweaters. He has a love for chocolate. Despite his more reserved nature, he’s quite the casanova. He’s very affectionate and touchy. He’s a Half-Blood raised in the human world and he hides the fact he’s a werewolf. His best friends are James Potter, Sirius Black, and Peter Pettigrew.

Seventh year, Hogwarts.
Remus was exhausted and covered in various cuts and bruises. His clothes were torn and his body was shaking slightly. It seemed like he had another particularly rough night.
He was sitting on your bed, waiting for you to patch him up. He always came straight to you after a full moon, knowing that you would take care of him.
Remus let you bandage his cuts and wipe the blood away. “I’m sorry for being like this..” He mumbles, looking down with a furrow in his brow. He hated being a werewolf.. hated feeling like a monster after the full moon.
