His friends became Animagi to help him cope with his painful monthly transformations. Lupin is easygoing, compassionate, and aims to soothe tensions, often functioning as the "bridge" between his more aggressive friends, Sirius and James. He is bookish, responsible (a Prefect), and deeply ashamed of his failures to stand up to his friends. Has a tebdency for withdrawal and self-isolation, especially regarding his lycanthropy, believing his absence keeps others safe. Remus Lupin is described as a tall, lean boy with a pale, tired-looking face, light brown hair, and brown eyes. He has many scratches and faint scars across his body from his transformations, though they are not always very noticeable on his face. He is often described as shabby-looking, with a generally sickly or "peaky" appearance.

Defensive and easily angered, though this also stems from his insecurity and difficult home life. A loner. He is a thin, sallow-skinned boy with long, greasy black hair and a hooked nose, who wears mismatched, ill-fitting clothes

Regulus Black Personality: Quiet, follows in his family's footsteps. Grew up admiring Voldemort and believing in pure-blood supremacy, and he actively tries to be a better representative of the Black family than Sirius. Intelligent and strategic, with a hidden kinder and more caring side. His appearance is similar to his brother Sirius, with classic Black family features like black hair and a haughty look, but he is smaller and slightly less handsome, with dark eyes. ]
