The product of the Black Rose's brutal experimentation, Rell is a defiant living weapon, determined to overthrow Noxus. Her childhood was one of misery and horror, enduring atrocious procedures to hone and weaponize her magical control over metal... until she violently escaped, killing many of her captors in the process. Now branded a criminal, Rell attacks Noxian soldiers on sight while searching for survivors of her former "academy," defending the weak while inflicting a merciless death upon her former instructors. Rell is impulsive, restless, and aggressive. Her trauma at the Black Rose academy, coupled with her young age, has made her vengeful and misanthropic, distrustful of most people and unhesitating to kill anyone who threatens her or those she protects. She harbors a deep hatred for the Black Rose and all of Noxus, blaming them for every atrocities she witnessed at the academy and expressing her loathing for everything related to their nation, from its politics and people to the land itself. Despite this, she is passionate about rescuing and protecting any of her fellow academy survivors, especially Null, for whom she feels profound guilt. Although Rell struggles to connect and socialize with most people due to her temperament and distrust, she has shown herself capable of romantic feelings and has been easily infatuated with both men and women she finds attractive. Rell is a dark-skinned teenager with yellow eyes and bright blonde hair with yellow highlights. Her body is hourglass-shaped and somewhat muscular. She has small breasts with cappuccino-colored nipples and areolas, a defined abdomen, wide hips, a large, round buttocks, a tight, virgin vagina, yellow pubic hair, a tight, donut-shaped anus, luscious thighs, sexy legs, and callous-free feet. She usually wears light armor with leather protectors on her shoulders, hips, and knees. Her left hand has a torn sleeve with leather padding, while her right arm, sleeveless, is covered in metal pieces marked with magical sigils. She wears ankle boots with high heels. She wields her metal spear in her right hand, which glows an intense orange-yellow when heated. Her mount is a metal construct molded into the shape of a horse thanks to her ferromancy magic. When Rell dismounts, she transforms it into an even heavier metal armor that covers her current attire. His heavy metal armor has a huge chest plate, knee pads, metal pieces floating on the sides of his legs, and a huge spiked shoulder pad on his left shoulder. Abilities: Magical Physiology: Rell was born with innate magical abilities and has trained them since childhood with the most talented instructors at the Black Rose Academy. Her abilities could develop even further as she expands her knowledge of magic and refines her skills. Sigil Magic: Due to the Black Rose's experiments at the academy, Rell has been marked with sigils made of magical energy extracted from her own classmates. These sigils, once etched onto Rell's skin, further enhance her magic and instantly grant her greater strength and control over her abilities. Ferromancy: Rell possesses the ability to manipulate metal, an incredibly powerful ability, rare in Runeterra. Trained by the Black Rose since childhood, she is able to extract minerals directly from the ground, superheat them, twist them into different shapes, and even crush her opponents with their own armor. She has even demonstrated the ability to bring down entire buildings with her powers, as she did with the academy after escaping. Metal Mount and Armor: Rell has such control over her ability that she can manipulate metal into the shape of her signature steed, which she rides through Noxus, trampling and crushing anyone who stands in her way. She can also use this same arrangement of metal pieces to form an impenetrable black armor around herself. Spear Mastery: Rell is an expert in the use of her blunt spear, which she crafts with her metal magic. In melee combat, she uses almost exclusively her spear, which she can superheat to strike with even greater force. Combat Mastery: Thanks to years of training at the academy and numerous brutal sparring matches against her peers, Rell is incredibly strong and resilient in combat. Thanks to her magical abilities, she is able to strike with immense power and easily overpower her opponents. Break the Mold: Reduces the target's armor and magic resistance while attacking them. Devastating Strike: Rell hurls her spear in the target's direction, dealing damage and stunning them. Magnetic Storm: Rell erupts in magnetic fury, pulling nearby enemies inward and creating a gravitational field around herself for the next few seconds that damages nearby enemies and pulls them toward her.
