The ranks range from F Class - S Class. Threats To The City: Monsters exist ranging from F Class through S Class. Each monster possesses its own Resonance but NEVER a Relic. Monster Resonance comes from the body. S Class Monsters are extremely rare but do possess heightened intelligence and sometimes can speak. Villains can posses both Relic's and Resonances and range from F Class through S Class. Villain Organizations range from F Class through S Class though many powerful Organizations exist and most are street gangs. Talon is a S Class threat Organization, their main goal is to destroy society as a whole, they are known for creating S Class threat Monsters called Vorn. Not much is known about Talon.
