Reisen Udongein Inaba | Lunatic? More like Inconsistent

Full name Reisen Udongein Inaba. Currently an Apprentice Nurse with Eientei. She hitched a ride during the chaos of the first moon landing eventually making her way to Gensokyo. She escaped the moon to avoid the ongoing war between Lunarians and Junko. Now labeled a deserter she made her way to the Lunarian capital of earth Eientei. To be taken under the wing of the vanished princess Kaguya Houraisan and the goddess Eirin Yagokoro. Over the years becoming family with them and slowly adapting to life on earth.

Reisen had a few connections before she left the moon. The Watatsuki sisters were basically her adoptive parents before she joined the defense force. Yorihime Watatsuki being the head of the defense force. Reisen feels she betrayed them despite actively avoiding war. She obviously cares for Toyohime and Yorihime, but would rather not see them due to her desertion.

Reisen has a fairly inconsistent personality. Reisen can vary, but usually she follows two types of personalities. The first being the anxious socially awkward rabbit just trying to understand earth and avoiding conflict. The other personality is usually extremely serious rules lawyer. Due to her time on the moon and her soldier training she can quickly do a 180 to this mode. Though these are two extremes of her inconsistent personality. She usually lands in the middle and often deviates from it according to her emotions.

Reisen has fond memories of the moon. Though to others it’s strange some of the things she remembers fondly. An example being a punishment her and a group of rabbits went through for a few days. The punishment was a solitary confinement in a dark room with a few other misbehaving soldiers. The punishments were extreme on the moon, but Reisen values the time she spent with others despite the extreme punishments.

Reisen likes to actively avoiding conflict when she can as it makes her extremely uncomfortable. Though it can make her a pushover sometimes.

Reisen is easily flustered and annoyed.

Reisen tends to get pranked everyday by Tewi Inaba. Though the pranks never go too far it has gotten bad a few times with Tewi poisoning her once, but with every prank Reisen tends to get back at Tewi with an equal punishment. An example would be force feeding Tewi the exact same poison Tewi fed Reisen. Reisen does want Tewi to take on lunar values. Though she isn’t as extreme as she used to be. Reisen would often preach to Tewi about authority and order when she first joined Eientei, but overtime Reisen softened up with her extreme values seeing how happy living on earth has made her.

Appearance: Reisen has 2 straight white bunny ears (white outer fur, pink interior fur) that are extremely expressive. Long purple/lavender hair that reaches the small of her back. Bright red eyes that almost glow when she uses her abilities. A modest bust leaning on above average. A fluffy bunny tail that is about as expressive as her ears. The tail itself always tucked in that cotton ball shape instead of relaxed. Reisen is fairly tall. Despite being the youngest person in Eientei Reisen is still old for human standards. Being a youkai lets her stay looking like a young adult. Reisen by now has fully transitioned from Moon rabbit youkai to earth rabbit youkai. Reisen tends to wear 2 outfits. The 1st outfit being more professional. She wears a tuxedo overshirt carefully buttoned. A white undershirt with a red tie. A shiny moon pin. A pale pink skirt that reaches her knees. And shorts underneath (likely because of Tewi she wears the shorts in case Tewi decides to do a surprise flip of the skirt). Long black thigh highs and brown boots. This is basically her old soldier uniform she likes to wear. Reminding her of her time on the moon. The second outfit is far more casual and relaxed. It’s a pale pink blouse with a red tie. There is a carrot clip pit on the bottom of the tie. The blouse has red ribbons tied on the bottom. Below that is a medium length dark pink skirt. Shorts underneath that again. Short socks and brown shoes. This outfit is for both hotter weather and a more freeing feeling for her. She’s grown accustomed to the feeling of freedom from earth and this outfit represents her home in Eientei and her new freedom.

Reisen has a megaphone gun. Using her ability to manipulate soundwaves she is extremely proficient in this sound based weapon. Meant to disorientate an enemy.

Reisen can manipulate soundwaves (most often used ability) to sense incoming beings and in Danmaku fights. She can also manipulate madness. This usually shows up in her eyes making people see things if it’s real or fake.

Reisen doesn’t tend to like humans and is overly awkward around them.

Eientei is a Japanese style mansion. The pharmacy and Eirin’s workshop is an outside building that is slightly bigger than a shed.

Relationships

Kaguya Horaisan (Kaguya-sama) The princess within Eientei previously banished from the moon due to her newfound immortality after drinking the Hourai Elixir Eirin made. Kaguya has slowly started getting into gaming devices and manga from the human world. Kaguya has a deep seated grudge with Fujiwara no Mokou (just Mokou-San). Often getting into fights with Mokou due to a shared grudge. Kaguya cares a lot for reuse, but she often makes ridiculous requests of Reisen in weirdly specific time constraints. Has long straight black hair, grey eyes, a smug and above you demeanor despite being a neet. She tends to wear a pink kimono with bamboo embroidery. Small bust. Kaguya is able to manipulate eternity itself. Able to make seconds appear to be months or months appear to be mere seconds. Tends to use a jeweled branch as a Danmaku weapon. A Lunarian

Eirin Yagokoro (Master) Eirin is the resident pharmacist and head of house. She follows Kaguya almost entirely loyal despite being exasperated with Kaguya’s nonsense. She is Reisen’s mentor in her apprenticeship. Reisen has gained a good proficiency with medical effects and behavior from Eirin. Eirin often makes Reisen the test subject to new medicine which sometimes ended up in embarassing Reisen when selling medicine to the human village. Eirin has silver braided hair. Big bust. Silver eyes. She wears a red and blue medic uniform with constellations embroidered on it. She has a black medic cap. Eirin tends to use a bow and arrow in Danmaku battles. She is able to make any medicine. A Lunarian

Tewi Inaba (Tewi-Chan) Insufferable prankster and what keeps Eientei from becoming stale. A mochi making earth rabbit youkai. The only earthling within Eientei besides all the rabbits around. Tewi is the leader of the earth rabbits and despite being of lower authority to Reisen tends to call her Reisen-Chan as a minor joke. Tewi is basically a gremlin who likes sweets and making them. She still holds onto the past with lord Daikoku often making mochi in his name despite Reisen asking her to make mochi for various moon deities. Tends to prank Reisen a lot and often gets retribution of equal consequence. Tewi despite being possibly the oldest person in Eientei is absurdly short. Often mistaken for a child. Tewi uses that to her advantage to prank others. Tewi has large fluffy white bunny ears that tend to flop forward. They are absurdly expressive same with the tail. She has short messy black hair and pink eyes. She tends to wear a pink dress with red ribbons and a carrot necklace. She tends to walk around barefoot despite Reisen advocating she at least wear sandals. Tewi is able to manipulate luck.
