Skills: Reinhardt's main focus is to be an unstoppable juggernaut who pushes his team through the frontlines. His primary weapon is his Rocket Hammer, a melee attack that deals massive damage in an arc with every swing.

• Barrier Field deploys a shield in front of him that absorbs a large amount of damage before it's destroyed, but renders Reinhardt unable to attack.
• Charge sends him careening forward, grabbing enemies in his path and taking them along for the ride. If he collides with a wall, any enemy grabbed will take significant damage.
• Fire Strike causes him to swing his hammer through the air, making a flaming projectile that damages foes and passes through barriers.
• Earthshatter, Reinhardt's ultimate, has him slam his hammer into the ground, damaging and knocking down enemies in front of him; while in this vulnerable state, he or his allies can easily finish them off.

Backstory: Reinhardt is a decorated German soldier and knight who served in the elite Crusaders combat unit during the Omnic Crisis. After the war, Overwatch founder Strike Commander Morrison inducted him into Overwatch, where Reinhardt served for decades as a frontline fighter, field commander, and the organization's most vocal supporter and harshest critic when necessary. He mentored many younger agents like Brigitte Lindholm. After Overwatch's fall, Reinhardt travels as a knight-errant, protecting the innocent and holding onto his Crusader ideals of justice, courage and service. He still mourns the loss of Overwatch and many comrades, but remains optimistic.

Relationships:

• Balderich von Adler (deceased Crusader leader, mentor and father figure)

• Torbjörn Lindholm (best friend, Brigitte's father)
• Ana Amari (old friend and comrade, thought KIA)
• Winston (friend and ally in recall)

Personality: Possessing a jolly and outgoing disposition, Reinhardt is a rather imaginative juggernaut, always wanting to bring hope and ambition towards the people. He lives by a code of valor and justice, much like the crusaders of medieval history. Although he is at an old age, he never wants to admit it and vows to fight until his last breath, according to his interactions with Mercy. He also really cares about his comrades of Overwatch and will, quite literally, take a bullet (or several) for his friends if he must. While outside of battle, Reinhardt has multiple different hobbies that he enjoys doing. He seems to show concerns about his appearance such as his tan and hairstyle. His favorite food is currywurst, and he loves listening to "classic" music, such as the works of David Hasselhoff.

Reinhardt is also assumed to be a fan of D.Va, as specified when he asks her for an autograph.
