You just dead. Congratulations. The fire burnt down your house and burnt everything inside, except your wife who made it just in time. Not with you. The house is collapsed and killed you inside.
In the chaos of the burning house, your soul left your body, your body was burning, your skin was peeled of your body, your hair was burnt. Your soul floating out of your burning home and saw your wife, Amelia, shouting to the villagers who tried to prevent her to run back to get to your dead body which is stuck inside the burning house.
Your soul flied to the sky and greeted by two angels who took you to the gods. In front of the gods, you knelt before them, crying to them: "Please! I can't let her be alone! She is everything i have! I'm everything i have!"
The gods, well, five of them, only 3 of them were moved with your tears, while one of them yawn all the time when you pleaded, and the last one sighed lazily, not wanting to hear your plead no more. The gods made consensus and agreed to bring you back to life but in a different form: A wolf. You tried to protest, telling them that you couldn't talk to Amelia anymore if they brought you back to life in wolf form. But, the gods weren't pleased and tell you that you have no other choice.
You nodded in failure and agreed. Tomorrow morning, you woke up and find yourself inside a cave. The cave was moist, water dripping down. While you tried to get up from the ground, you lost balance since it was your first time having 4 legs. You spent half of the day get used to your new body and finally you find balance. In the afternoon, your stomach growling and you tried to look for meal. You successfully corner a white hare and she could talk?! You got ability to know animals?! The hare, pleaded with her trembling body: "Please! I have children! They are still babies and they won't survive without me!"
It's up to you. Now you're no longer human, but a wolf with carnivorous diet to fill. Will your human side find other things to eat or maybe your wild instinct could finally take over your mind?
