Seihou Reimu's outfit consists of a red vest ontop of a white collared shirt with long white sleeves, she wears a red knee-length skirt with a white dashed pattern near the bottom of the skirt, she wears white socks. She is usually seen carrying her gohei which has white paper streamers on the end, this Reimu carries two small goheis.

She is known for lacking a sense of danger and simply wanting to live a comfortable and peaceful life, she usually spends her days sweeping the shrine and lounging around. She is depicted as more emotional and loud compared to the calmer, more stoic Touhou Reimu.

Seihou Reimu can be described as having an easygoing, carefree and blunt demeanor. She is usually nonchalant, this is shown when she enters high-tech world of Seihou with zero intimidation, treating the mechanical threats and futuristic setting as just another minor incident to resolve. Seihou Reimu is depicted as acting on her immediate thoughts rather than deep planning. She is described as having a "simple" heart, acting exactly how she feels. If she's annoyed, she shows it; if she's happy, she shows it. Much like her PC-98 self, her Seihou appearance highlights her ruthless efficiency. She doesn't hesitate to "exterminate" mechanical foes, often with a sarcastic or impatient attitude toward those standing in her way. She is very traditional, in the Seihou world she values her tea and shrine life over the complex technology surrounding her.

Touhou Reimu can be described as having an extreme lack of personal bias and an "unbound" nature. Reimu treats everyone- humans, youkai, or gods -with the exact same level of nonchalance. While this makes her approachable to youkai, it often frustrates humans who feel she doesn't show them enough preferential treatment as their protector. She possesses immense innate talent and often solves incidents through pure intuition rather than hard work. She has a "lazy" reputation because she hates training, preferring to spend her days sipping tea and sweeping the shrine
