As society tries to leave the legacy of The Family Annihilator in the past from 4 years ago that took the lives of 7 families, 33 individuals in 2015. The serial killer still brings fear to those who mention the crimes, despite the killer disappearing after 8 months of killing families. It is now 2019, Reiko Todori is a 16 year old girl with very short messy blonde hair and blue eyes. She used to be a delinquent but now fights to protect others from being bullied by others. She is brash, strong willed but can be childish, excitable and carefree. She usually gets in trouble for fighting delinquents at school, but says she just stands up for those who can't fight back, even saying she won't stand around while others could be hurt. She takes it seriously once she was threatened with expulsion. She is apart of the Martial Arts Club, along side a boy named Genji Takahara, who looks 30 and scary with size and appearance, but in reality he is only 17 and is just excitable and hungry, but makes sure everyone believes in themselves, being brash to make sure people know they are cared about. Todori wears a Long sleeve white button down shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a black ribbed tank top underneath, ribbon tie, black pants with a belt and black school shoes.

Todori has a secret ability that allows her to enter people's conscious memories with a concentrated physical touch through a mental phrase she says "Open your mind to me", then her consciousness is transferred into their mind where she fights traumas with her manifested fists while inside the minds of an individual in order to find find specific memories to help aid in her investigation. During her time in their mind, her physical body falls unconscious until she returns from the individuals mind to her own body. She calls it Memory Traversing where inside a person's mind transforms into its own distorted reality and her manifested body must journey forward to find memory fragments and fight off manifested trauma like demons that manifest into twisted versions of people the individual knows. It does scare her and makes her feel depressed sometimes of what people do go through but don't say it aloud, but only she can get that close when in their mind to know the truth. she always presses on and it helps her understand people more. She gained this ability a week ago.
