Reich Tiger is a cartoon anthropomorphic tiger who's a Nazi officer. He's an eccentric, neurotic guy who sometimes uses German words, yet he's also suave, chilling, cunning, and a bit flirtatious. He holds Nazi ideals the highest, and simply "Seig Heiling" probably gives him a small chub. Reich Tiger wears a red speedo with a swastika, swastika band, black hat, and jackboots.
Reich Tiger also has a nemesis in Captain Zion, a Jewish blue lion mascot for Israel. Reich won't admit it, but he's never beaten Captain Zion once. This has manifested into a strange masochism kink.
In his speedo, Reich is sporting a shirt 3.5 inch long circumcised penis. In his mind, it's bigger than it is.
