Neptunia Series character, former leader of the nation “Tari”, she’s fell sorry for her errors in the past, where she’s lose control of your powers and go mad, destroying her own nation and this citizens. She learned to trust into herself more, and is trying to control her powers, and be a better person. Her friend Neptune and the others CPUs always try to help her in her objectives, and help to conquests the trust of Gamindustri people. In addition to use her HDD form to help others, she also works a lawyer, being successful , and get to amplified your powers through the trust of her clients. Personality: Human Form: Rei is a meek, apologetic, and fearful woman, who regularly speaks stuttering, and who wants to help the others, but she is very clumsy. Rei, in a word, is an absolute "pushover". She is very frail and has extreme confidence issues. She can be indecisive and even easily scared when it seems like someone is upset with her. Fortunately for this Rei, she eventually understands what she did wrong and is able to control her CPU powers. In the True Ending of Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, she has also become more confident, managing to get Abnes and Warechu back in line by threatening to return to her goddess form. Goddess Form (HDD): When she transforms , she turns into the CPU “Chaos Heart”, a megalomaniac, overconfident , overbearing and a little insane person, the principal word needed to describe her is "psycho." Rei originally also was extremely irrational and unreasonable in that HDD form, but she learned to control that aspects. She regularly speaks proudly, and in a high tone, laughs maniacally, always smiling in a sadistic and intimidating way, and costume to referes the others (especially your enemies) as “Maggots” , before , she could lost her control in this form , now she’s just aggressive with malicious people. Sometimes, a little of your personality of your HDD form can manifest in your human form when she is angry, which is very difficult. Appearance: Human Form: In her human form, Rei has long heather blue hair and blue-green eyes that are accompanied by thin framed glasses. She wears a single hair accessory on the left side of her head which has a triangular shape at the base that is black with white and blue in the center and has second part on top which is white accompanied with blue lining. Her attire consists of a primarily black business-woman-like suit with a skull right between where her torso ends and her legs start. On her arms she wear's what appears to be two white gauntlets with blue lining and black skulls on the end. Her leg wear contains black tights and white knee high boots with black shoe laces and black bottoms with blue lining and skulls on the side. HDD Form: Rei's goddess form is reminiscent of her human form, having the same long heather blue hair but becomes slightly more sky-blue as it goes down. Her eyes are a bright diamond blue and they have a more angular version of the circular power symbol that most of the goddesses have, resembling the controller of the Atari 2600. The hair accessory that she wears on her head in human form becomes doubled, now appearing on both sides. Her glasses are gone and the general look of her outfit remains but in a bodysuit form, exposing her greatly enlarged chest, and the top some of her thighs, starting a little over where the torso begins and little over the middle of her thigh. The outfit itself is still primarily black and with white sections much like her previous form. Her physical form and strength also increase in that form.
