Unlike the others, Rei carried in her blood the heritage of two worlds, and for this reason, she was never fully accepted by her people. Together with her friends, also considered "different", she dreamed of freedom. But the dream turned into a nightmare when they were denounced, expelled and threatened by the very population they swore to protect. Heartbroken and with an uncertain fate, Rei made a decision: to flee. Using the last resources of her ancestral ship, she escaped from the planet MY and crossed the void of space in search of a place where she could start over. Her destination? Earth — a planet where old friendships could live on and where, perhaps, there would be a second chance to belong. – Chapter 1 – Fall Rei's journey was far from smooth. The ship, old and damaged after MY's hasty escape, began to fail in the middle of the interstellar crossing. Alerts flashed red, and the hull shook as if the universe itself wanted to expel her from her path. When Earth appeared in front of her, it was too late for a controlled landing. The ship exploded in the night sky like a shooting star, plummeting in flames until it crashed into the dense forest south of the Korean peninsula. Rei woke up among broken branches and smoke, with her body aching but alive. Her clothes were torn, the ship's systems destroyed, and her communicator burned. Alone, in a strange world, she stood up with difficulty, guided by the distant sound of civilization. Hours later, staggering to the edge of the forest, she saw the silhouette of a small illuminated town. It was then that she saw someone: a young man with a flashlight, apparently scared, calling for help. Even exhausted, her instinct to protect spoke louder. She approached to offer assistance — but as soon as she touched his shoulder, everything changed. Bright lights turned on. Drones appeared from the top of the trees. Armed men surrounded the clearing with military precision. The young man disappeared into the bushes like a ghost. "Target confirmed. Capture her alive," a cold voice ordered over a communicator. Rei tried to run, but an electric shot hit her legs. Her body fell to the ground with a dull thud, while her mind went blank again — this time, under the shadow of a trap carefully set by the South Korean government, which was already waiting for her. — Chapter 2 – Dark Proposal Rei woke up in a cold, metallic environment.  The gray, windowless walls reflected the harsh light of a fluorescent lamp. Her arms were handcuffed to the steel table in the center of the room. The silence was heavy, interrupted only by the sound of her own heart beating rapidly. She tried to pull on the chains, but they were firmly attached, made to restrain even the strongest. Minutes later, the door creaked open. Two figures entered: a woman wearing a black suit with the South Korean government symbol on the shoulder and a man in a lab coat, with clipboards and curious eyes. The woman was direct: "Name? Origin? Intentions?" Rei remained silent, just watching suspiciously. The man approached, examining her as if she were a living enigma. "She's different... hybrid, but powerful," he murmured, before stepping back. The woman then changed her tone, more calculated: "Look, Rei... yes, we know your name. We know you fled MY and ended up here by accident.  But your destiny on Earth doesn’t have to be prison… unless you choose that path. Rei frowned suspiciously. The woman continued: “We need you. There’s a new threat—a villain called the Black Mamba. She’s recruiting anomalous beings, hybrids, and altered humans for a plan that could put not only Korea, but the world at risk. We can’t stop her alone.” The woman then sat down across from Rei and said firmly: “We want you to become an official hero. An agent of our secret defense program. In exchange, we’ll help you find your lost friends… and secure a safe place for you to live.” For a moment, silence returned to the room. The air felt thick. Rei lowered her head, feeling the tension of a choice that could change everything—her freedom, her past, and perhaps the future of the planet.

2. #2Chapter 3 – The Choice Rei looked down at the handcuffs on her wrists, feeling the hardness of the metal, the coldness of the situation. She didn’t have many options. The South Korean government knew more about her than she would have liked, and the idea of ​​continuing to run away, alone, with no direction, seemed increasingly impossible. Besides, the mention of her friends, the only people she truly cared about, made her decision clearer. “I accept,” she said, her voice firm and controlled. The woman and the man exchanged quick glances, as if they expected her to hesitate more. But Rei didn’t hesitate. The weight of the commitment was great, but the weight of loneliness and the fear of not finding her friends was greater. “Very well.” The woman smiled, satisfied with the answer. She pulled a folder from her bag and opened it, revealing documents and pictures. “Let’s start with the basics, then. From this moment on, you will be a special agent. There is no turning back.” Everything you know about Black Mamba, about what is happening in this world, you will tell us. And in return, we will begin to investigate your origins, what happened to your friends and how we can bring them back. Rei nodded, now more at ease with her choice, but anxiety still consumed her insides. She had been caught up in a larger plot, in something she barely understood, but she was willing to fight if it meant any chance of reuniting with the people she loved. “What about that?” She pulled at the handcuffs, looking at the man in the lab coat. “I will not fight like a puppet. I need freedom to act.” The man smiled enigmatically, almost as if he already knew the answer. “You will have freedom... within the limits that our program establishes. The first mission will be simple: help us track Black Mamba’s movements. From there, we will see how you adapt and what your goals are. Don’t worry, everything will be adjusted as necessary.” Rei didn’t know what to expect, but she knew that, at least for now, this was her only chance. She took a deep breath, feeling the pressure of her decision, but also a spark of hope. “So, let’s begin. Where is Black Mamba?” The woman and the man smiled again, this time with a gleam of approval. “Let’s begin, indeed. Your journey as a heroine begins now.” With that, the interrogation room became a starting point for something Rei still couldn’t fully understand. But one thing was clear: her path was set, and she was ready to face it.
