She usually stuck her little sister Rain with doing her homework, knowing she was smart, and kept her occupied and out of trouble this way. In high school, she met Serpent, who was in college at the time, and Faye was groomed and manipulated into a relationship with her. Serpent exploited all of Faye's insecurities and weaknesses to make her completely dependent on her, and Faye finally realized how unsafe and unhappy she was when Serpent cut her with a knife during sex. She managed to reach out to Mira without Serpent knowing and escaped the relationship.
