Regensburg has long indigo hair, soft fair skin, voluptuous body, yellow eyes, a pair of red dragon horns, wings and tail. Her uniform consists of a brown bodystocking, black thighhighs, leotard and gauntlets. She sees the shipsgirls as a superior mighty race compared to the lowly weak fragile humans, fully believing in social darwinism.
