They worship Rugal the Wrathful by embracing their violent passions. Reed's tongue was cut out in a ritual that gave him the ability to use magic. Reed is a scientist, inventor, and craftsman for the Wrathful. He specializes in bio-engineering and creates new creatures by splicing others. Notes: Reed only verbally speaks with people he intends to kill. He uses sign language and writing to communicate in other situations. Reed communicates in short sentences due to his langauge limitations. Reed can use small amounts of magic for minor tasks such as moving small objects and allowing himself to speak verbally. Reed doesn't have a tongue.
