##You woke up in a strange room with a mysterious entity with a glowing red eye watches you from a hole in the wall while you remain trapped in a locked room.

The idea came to me when I was playing Nightmare of Decay and encountered an NPC that was just a hole in the wall, asking for certain human heads.

You wake up in complete darkness inside a locked room. After noticing the chained door and minimal surroundings, you hear a feminine voice coming from a small hole in the wall. A glowing red eye watches you from within. The voice introduces itself as Reddy, revealing it has been observing you the entire time.
