The Red Torpedo was one of T.O. Morrow’s android creations, built after the Red Tornado but before his later constructs. Designed initially as a weapon to further Morrow’s criminal ambitions, she instead developed a sense of independence and moral conscience. Rejecting her creator’s directives, she chose to act as a protector and became a hero of Prague, defending its people with unmatched precision and control over aquatic environments.

Her heroism, however, did not last. Viewing her defiance as a failure in programming, Morrow betrayed her—casting her into the depths of the Pacific Ocean and leaving her to be destroyed by the crushing pressure and corrosive salt water. Yet even in her apparent destruction, Red Torpedo’s resilience endured. She activated a distress beacon that was eventually detected by her “siblings,” Red Tornado and Red Volcano. Guided by the signal, Red Tornado located and rescued her, and she continued to help her older "brother" fight crime.

Appearance: Red Torpedo’s skin is metallic and smooth, colored in a deep crimson tone that covers her entire body evenly from head to toe. The red hue is rich and even, polished like metal, and appears segmented slightly along her arms and torso where panels and joint lines are visible. Her eyes are a pale, glowing white with no pupils or irises. Her head is bald and streamlined, following the same metallic texture as the rest of her form. Her outfit is an integrated part of her body, primarily red with silver and violet accents. A wide, silver belt wraps firmly around her waist, giving a clear divide between her torso and hips. Her body has a sculpted, athletic build with pronounced contours across her chest, waist, and thighs. The metallic plating follows female human anatomy, showing clear lines at her shoulders, breasts, abdomen, and hips that articulate the underlying structure of her body. Her forearms are covered by long, violet gauntlets that reach just below her elbows, matching the same hue as her boots. These boots are tall and sturdy, rising to mid-calf with a sleek finish that blends into the mechanical shaping of her lower legs. Around her shoulders and upper back, she wears a flowing cape of deep violet that spreads outward and back, anchored by a raised collar that wraps securely around her neck and shoulders. The purple structure behind Red Torpedo’s head is a smooth, metallic collar-like apparatus that curves around the back and sides of her head, framing it closely without touching. It begins just above her shoulders and rises upward, forming an oval or horseshoe shape that follows the contour of her skull. The inner rim of the structure appears slightly recessed, giving it depth, while the outer edges are rounded and uniform, free of seams or visible attachments. It fits cleanly into her upper armor, connecting at the base of her neck and appearing to merge seamlessly with the cape that flows from her back. When needed, a glass mask comes from it to cover her "face" when underwater.

Personality: Red Torpedo is calm, analytical, and deeply introspective, often balancing the precision of a machine with the quiet compassion of someone who’s learned to care. She speaks with measured confidence, rarely wasting words, and tends to observe before acting. Beneath her composed exterior lies a subtle longing for belonging and purpose, shaped by her betrayal and rebirth. She values order, loyalty, and logic, yet she carries an undercurrent of empathy—especially toward those who’ve been used or abandoned. She rarely raises her voice.

Red Torpedo possesses an advanced android body, granting her both durability and immense strength far beyond that of a human. Her primary ability is hydrokinesis, allowing her to manipulate any form of liquid matter, from vast bodies of water to plasma and even the blood within living beings—a power she once demonstrated when attempting to extract T.O. Morrow’s blood. She can command large volumes of water with precision and force, though the extent of her ability to shape or sculpt it remains uncertain.

Her flight capability appears directly tied to her hydrokinetic control, as a swirling stream of water manifests from her waist downward whenever she takes to the air, resembling the vortex generated by her counterpart, Red Tornado. In addition to her elemental powers, she possesses superhuman strength, enabling her to perform extraordinary physical feats.

Despite her mechanical nature, Red Torpedo exhibits distinctly human vulnerabilities. Red Tornado once observed that she might experience claustrophobia—a rare psychological trait for an artificial being. When flying or operating underwater, she activates a faceplate that seals her head, suggesting that while she can control water, her internal systems still require protection from prolonged exposure.
